The reason its dying out is because the spirit is dying, players dont talk to eachother anymore. Roleplay isn't a thing and if it is you rarely see it. the game is just getting boring, especially with the new masculine body. The player base is just growing up, and it isn't friendly to new players.

I admit, a lot of people who played from 2017-18 are either over 18 now, or teenagers at best. The OG RH community grew up and have their opinions on this game. Such as masc players who want to represent themselves but can't at the moment due to the lack of masc clothes, hair, and body types. (Scaling will perhaps fix this but when is that going to happen?) There is barely any communication between devs about future updates so we never know what's next for the game. We have lives and farming in RH is so tiresome and boring. Plus it's time consuming.

Bro i’ve played from 2017-2021. And this stuff is so stupid. The players don’t roleplay and they complain when there’s no roleplaying features.

GURLLL...I agree, totally! the candy farming was HELLA hard not to mention the ghost hunting (cause i'm usually laggy) plus the maze was hard thanks to the ghost ice monster thingys

It took me 2 months to earn 20k candy from those bowls. Ghost hunting isn't meant for mobile. :/

I liked when we used to role play, actually attend the classes for fun, not give a care about the expensive things and over pricing😿 like everything was so chill and now everything is just too much like I haven’t got on in months because farming is so exhausting and I kinda feel bad for the devs bc no one actually knows how hard it is to have everyone expecting you to do SO much for a game that was supposed to be for fun Yknow

Heavily agree, I'm 17, and I never had much time of playing like I used to 2-3 years ago. The cost of dorm items, the cost of sets, the cost of trading values for halos, are all high in demand and hella overpriced, so much is going on I can't keep up, never was able to, just quietly farmed until trading went "pay-up son!". There isn't anything actually new to enjoy, just a repeated way of doing what we do every other seasonal update, and some decent interior from the castle heart, quests, etc. As for the Swan Set, the feathers throw me off. It looks very cute from the shop's icon gorgeous, but its execution, when shown in the game, isn't all that. Sending death threats and sending bad messages over a disagreement on different things isn't going to end well for both parties. I don't know what it's like to make a game, but I have experienced similar issues when it comes to meeting deadlines, etc. It's not a pretty experience. I get people love Royale high, but most of us have school, jobs, and whatever stuff is going on. I don't like how people think Barbie is lying about being sick, December is literally sick month, I get seasonal allegories in that month where I don't do much, etc. People are cruel these days, some are critical and nice, and other different types of people with different opinions, we all have feelings, when your upset about something, people need to address it in a way where both are able agree and disagree in a decent light. I also want to point out some influencers who are problematic and not-so great in terms of how they view their own community and the community itself. I won't call out anyone. I just wanted to mention that bit. Role-playing was the key, and I loved the roleplays, I wasn't rich or anything. I just wanted to make stories and make friends. A huge percentage of players have roleplayed, like I have, fairy roleplays, princess roleplays, furry roleplays, etc. Just the magic Royale High is dying, I care about the game, but at the same time, I've slowly lost interest. Other than that great video, I love your content!

I have to agree on this there used to be up to 100k players now usually up to 50k or less but I feel like if they keep up the new school good updates and maybe try to use updates that the players want like set inspo and stuff and girly pops off topic but the last outfit yesterday was so good 💪😍

I started actually playing on December 8, 2023 out of boredom + curiosity. Beginning was rough especially with how few diamonds you earn without the help of the multiplier gamepasses + pricing. I find that this is the game I’ve spent the most gamepasses on compared to other games I have played. Admittedly find it very hard to balance RH and IRL.. Pricing of items, and diamonds per lvl up is really hard for new RH players, unless they really want to devote their time to the game. Imo Glitterfrost and finding free diamond chests made things only a *little* easier during when I was new. I think some modeled, basic simple clothing should be included within the starterpack for new players, as customization within the game is utilizing 3D blender-made assets, which makes normal roblox avatars stand out like a sore thumb..

I have to wonder if the trading hub and etc. is a factor as to why there are wild costs for certain items? The prices for diamonds is ridiculously high, and with people wanting to increase the price to get more items out of it, it’s like a sort of cycle

@@angle434 the crazy thing is that the devs don’t even set the value prices! Back in 18-19 I remember halos being 200k to 500k max not 10 million, I’m heavily thinking it was because of traderie but I still wonder who even sets the value prices and why so high??!

Tbh i stopped playing rh bc ppl were always mean to me bc of my age (10), remember that it is said that rblx is for ALL ages. Honestly it was my best decision as it always glitched my entire device.

The candy bag costing money is when I knew this game was becoming a stressful trading game… as in I knew people were gonna over price it.

Hello, I can agree with the majority that was said in the video! The community and game is just..chaotic rn? I get some of the players who have the right to be upset at the game such as delays, lack of representation, etc. By representation I mean the main thing that’s creating an issue which is the male bodice/items being removed. People can’t speak their opinions without being bashed on. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who’s afraid to engage with the community. Now, I personally am trying not to get myself sucked into twitter but as I scrolled through the Royale high community tag, it was quite toxic. Now, this comment is not intended to choosing a side at all. I feel like they should sorta close the game down temporarily and just cool off for a bit, sure, it’s probably not the best idea but like everyone seems like their in a battle and I don’t think it’s the worst idea either. I’m sure it will do us all some good. Also I feel like your content has lots of potential it’s pleasing to the eye and WONDERFULLY made but I’m not content creator, but I left a few suggestions below to maybe help you out if you ever need it! ❕(I’m not good with words so if u need me to elaborate I will totally do that so please bear with me here!)❕ • Camera / Crystal ball As someone who has a hard time focusing and easily distracted, I think that if you kept the camera in just a few angles rather than zooming in and out through the entire video, could become helpful in the future for other viewers! I mean no hate AT ALL ! • Scripting I LOVE ur energy in the video it’s comforting and so alive! But I do suggest making a script, and you don’t HAVE to read every single word by word, but at least it would help you grasp the idea and words because it seems like you just can’t quite find the right words and as someone who could relate so much to the video, I rlly think it could help u out! I’m also SORRY if I sounded mean but please know I have absolutely no intentions into being rude but like your videos have so much potential (not that it’s great already).

Ngl I was lowkey mad ab people saying how callmehbob is overexaggerating about her sickness and how she can easily get on the computer chair and develop.. have they ever thought that her sickness could actually be an illness shes going through and not just a "cold"? 💀 sometimes even just having a cold could take a huge toll on someone due to a weak immune system and etc.. people are so inconsiderate of how someone feels and only cares about their own benefit .. smh

This is very true royal high players are quitting or even not playing anymore, there are no new sets and no new games for wickery cliffs I think that’s what started it in my opinion. Also I love your videos your so underrated ❤

After seeing how they quite literally BUTCHERED the Royaleoween update, I quit. I quit once the Halloween update came out, like there’s just nothing there in that game for me anymore.. it’s sad. I’ve been playing for five years, so it’s hard to let go of such a sentimental game but I seriously can’t take it anymore.. honestly sell the game at this point. I agree with this video a lot! Most of the time the community is mainly complaining about how the devs aren’t putting in effort to make the updates (like the school and other important events for example) and i wholeheartedly agree with them to an extent! However whats wrong with some of the complaints are telling the devs aka REAL PPL to do horrible things to themselves (overworking, harming their health for the game, etc.) is not the way to go. And those ppl who tell them that are the toxic players who like u said, BULLY OTHER PLAYERS IN THE GAME FOR NO REASON! And yet they used to be the same person as the person they were bullying, Which is insane to think about.

Royal high isn’t dying in my opinion, it’s way less of a rp game but I see friends doing silly rp’s all the time in main campus at least once or twice a week. I also see a lot of people chatting laughing and having fun. The only thing I think that is majorly affecting it very much is controversy.

Honestly i just gave up on the game i lost my account 2 years ago and made a new one i joined royale high and was disappointed the game wasnt what it was before it was so expensive and NO ONE roleplayed which is the games purpose and if you managed to find someone to roleplay with they end up leaving i was waiting for the Halloween update and it came so late i thought it would never even come i barely even played anyways it was just disappointing im really sad to see my favourite game die but the developers dont care anymore

Its bc they get mad (players) for absolutely nothing! They dont appreciate how much hard the devs and barbie work for us, they just didnt try it! Try it and then you'll understand the PAIN that are the devs going on ! And that is kind ofcsad that the devs and barbie doesn't listen to the community! Thats why the game is absolutely dead -_- They really should try and listen to the community and then they will see how popular the game is gonna get!! I remember when they released the new campus, the players amount was 100k !! But now the highest amount i see it 10k ... And that is very very disappointing because it was such a successful game that you would see 50k plus players back then, but now the most is 10k . And royale high KZreadrs barley have any content and the proof (In my opinion) is beacuse i see so much youtubers quit and even cancel the channels

Royale high isn't being considerate of you taking care of your family or yourself? WhAt? You've got to be kidding me. I personally am a newer player and think that the game is just fine. It's not their job to consider my responsibilities when it comes to farming diamonds or candy. It's a game that is meant to be played in your free time. The devs do what they can when they can I mean how much money do you think these people get paid to put out the level of quality and quantity for this game. I don't think it's dying because there are new players every day, what the game lacks is something to hold the new players and older players attention and keep them coming back.

I can understand that! But most remember when royale high was getting like 100k+ active players everyday but now it’s around 20-35k players active max and that’s why in my opinion think it’s dying and many other reasons. But again everyone has different opinions 💗🫶🏽
