Nicki Swift Meghan's dress was so dull, and during the ceremony, it didn't look like it fit well around her upper body. The tiara was stunning though.

Prince Harry approved of Meghan's beautiful yet simple and elegant Givenchy gown. The veil with it's nod to the 53 Commonwealth nations and Queen Mary's tiara was perfect against each other. The look on PH was like he wanted pounce on a favorite sweet confection. The friends and family of Meghan were stunning. QEII is always dressed to the nines. PH and PW were quite handsome in their military dress. The kiddos were perfection. BUT Princess Anne was out of season for a spring wedding. Beatrice and Eugenie were odd men out as usual. I do not know where they get their clothes, but they need to stop. They are both too young to dress in the dreadful garb that they do. Countess Sophie tried, but at 52 I fear she has given up being fashionable and Lady Louise heaven help her. I hope as she gets older she will get out from under her mother's lack of fashion sense and find her own way. (But please don't take fashion tips from the Yorks).

Thank you, Vera Mcowan; I agree with you! She is such a natural beauty. Again, I think Meghan's gown was beautiful, simple, elegant, and timeless. Can you believe they embroidered all those flower emblems on her veil. People do not understand the labor that went into the veil alone. I loved it. If I ever get married again, I'm going for simple elegance. People keep commenting on the gown being ill fitted at the top part of the dress but really it had a slightly loose feel to it for a cooler feel because from what I've heard, that fabric has a bit of a heavy feel to it and can be quite warm; therefore, I think the fitting was appropriately done. I loved the gown. Meghan looked like a princess. I am so inspired by her; I think she is an amazing individual. I'm older than her but I feel she is also someone I could learn from. Her style is impeccable and she is so genuinely nice, intelligent and articulate. She is a master at remaining calm under pressure. I would have been a basket case from the time they announced our engagement. I can relate to Harry's ex girlfriends, I wonder if I could bear the severe scrutiny.

Oprah actually originally had a beige dress that she feared last-minute would read as too white on camera. She had an entirely new dress made for her from scratch by Stella McCartney's team overnight before the wedding.

I think Carol Middleton always is turned out nicely. classy and chic. Loved her hat too.

For me, best dressed was Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, Lady Kitty Spencer and Karen, Countess Spencer. Worstdressed was Victoria's B.

So... Victoria Beckham wearing a similar dress to two different weddings is lazy, but Duchess Catherine wearing the same dress she's worn to two other outings isn't? People need to stop being so judgmental!

Waterflame----I thought her dress was inappropriate as it was too light to not be mistaken for white. A wedding no -no. Even Oprah had a dress made overnight to avoid that fashion faux pas. Victoria needs to eat a burger and catch a smile every now and again. She went into the chapel posing and then realized it wasn't all about her and just sat glum-faced. Even her husband attempted to not being drawn in to her broodiness. She read the bad press and tried to explain it away afterwards...

@Whitney Pyant - I have absolutely no issue with her wearing the same outfit more than once. I was chastising the people who said that Victoria Beckham was being "lazy" by wearing a similar dress. Personally, I like the fact that Duchess Catherine wears the same outfit again. It makes her more like a "real person" because not everyone can afford to buy a brand new outfit for every occasion. :)

@dwaltz123 - While the dress was a bit light, I had no issue with it. As for Victoria Beckham needing to "eat a burger", I think you should not comment on people's weight. Also, the need to "catch a smile" is "against her brand" as she has said in interviews that she tries not to be photographed while smiling.

Waterflame--- Dear, I wasn't commenting on her weight, I was commenting on her apparent glum disposition. Even her husband turned away at one point. The look on his face seemed to be "What is it now?" She might not look so unhappy if she did smile occasionally. She is not the most photographic person to begin with. Smiling doesn't hurt anyone and it can actually lighten your mood. In simple words you can understand it has health benefits attached to it.

FYI, Nicki Swift - those are "epaulettes," not "shoulder straps" on the military-styled jackets onto which the pageboys' initials were embroidered. It's "garb," not "garbs"(Kate recycles "her *garbs*"). Patrick Adams didn't just wear a 3-piece suit, he wore traditional, daytime formalwear called "morning dress," which includes a short waistcoat (vest) and a longer, morning coat. For someone who apparently "stands apart in style and smarts," you don't know much about fashion or its terminology.

The only good view from this boring wedding was.. the late Diana’s nephew and nieces. Very elegant & good looking. 👍

I think you had forgotten Kitty Spencer..........way above Mrs. Clooney. One of the worst get ups was Oprah Winfrey's that top looked just like my thermal vest that I wear in the winter, and the skirt like a petticoat!

It's hilarious to think it's strange for people to "recycle" (just re wear) the same clothing. The British taxpayers should be up in arms more if she doesn't because that's their money. Also it's wasteful to get rid of clothes because you were seen wearing it once.

Why is it they still call The Duchess of Cambridge by her maiden name Kate Middleton. But call Camilla Duchess of Cornwall. I think Kate has more priority of Camilla. Also Kate looked Beautiful in her outfit. It's Cream not white, like some think.

Lady Kitty Spencer was hands down the best at the wedding. She looked effortlessly stunning.

Her majesty Queen Elizabeth wears bright colours in order for the public to see her better, Amal Clooney came dressed as the banana in the advert with the little sombrero on, as for Beatrice and Eugenie their outfits where classier looking than the cast of the suits TV show, the Duchess of Cambridge was stunning as usual.

Not her design! Get your facts straight. Mm copied the design from a former famous bride who was too dignified to call her out on it. DISGRACEFUL

"Princess Kate" - FACT CHECK. 1) she is a Duchess. 2) She is Katherine. So even if Princess was right to use a royal pronoun requires you to use her true royal name. Which is Katherine.

Abigail Spencer's dress was not up there in the best dressed list. Navy and white polkadot button through, with a white collar is smart office wear, not Royal Wedding wear. If she was going for a job interview, it would be very appropriate. Victoria Beckham's dress is too dark a colour for a wedding. More suited to a funeral. She has made this mistake at two Royal weddings. If she had no other dress to choose from (!) then she should have brightened the outfit with a flower on her hat and a coloured scarf.

The loud black music also didn’t fit very tacky

Wow, tastes may differ, but Serena Williams dress was awfull. Nether colour nor cut flattered her. I know the problems with having a big bust, but there are a lot more flattering ways to dress than having such drapes over it, that make your bust look as if it it has to be strapped to you or else will explode out of the dress. Actress Miss Spencer looked gorgeous to me. Anyone should tell Mrs Beckham to finally eat something - it lightens up the mood and will fill up some gaps (-;

I agree with Lady Kitty Spencer - original, wonderful colour, worn with poise and grace. She definitely has her Aunt's style.

Initially deciding to wear white on that day, showed Oprah for the Oompa Loompa that she really is. All that money and no class or manners. Who wears white to a wedding other than the bride? A vain and presumptuous person. The back story about her too fitting pink Stella McCartney was an attempt to "steal thunder" from the bride. She can't help herself. Oprah is basically very egocentric. She hasn't owned Weight Watchers long enough to squeeze herself into the kind of fabric she finally wore. It did look like it was put together "the night before." It was a ghastly look on her.

Oprah changed her dress at the last minute to AVOID showing up in white which was bad planning on her part. The outfit she wore to the wedding was made or fitted hurriedly at the last minute. The hat was not flattering. She was attempting to NOT show up the bride.

Meghan had messy hair and her dress didn’t fit her. Her dress looked unfinished. I wish she would have chosen something a little less plain. For $300,000 I expected her dress to be prettier.

I know that it is two years later, but I am going to say it anyway. I thought Meghan's dress was stunning and a really appropriate choice. It was absolutely classical , with just the superb quality of the cut signifying that it came from a top fashion house. I have read the comments that say it should have been tighter. That certainly is a modern popular opinion of how a dress ought to look...... but No, a Givenchy dress ought not be a tight fit.

Victoria Beckham always has that expression, no reason to think it was that event. Someone should give her a 🍪. I think she may smile after trying one. Rumor has it, that the day she smiles a beam of light will shoot forth and take out Trump. It was on the internet, it must be true.

That dress that Victora Beckham was wearing was not very good with the sleeves the way they were ,, that looked stupid . like she tore the sleeves and her arms were sticking out

Let's just call a spade a spade Victoria Beckham never looks happy! She always looks so stiff and pissed off.

Lauren Allen I totally agree! People best get used to them. When the Queen transcends, they will inherit many of her duties! The public needs to be reminded they are 8 and 9 respectfully in the line of succession! Lord forbid either princess actually had to ascend the thrown! The public would have to kiss their arses to make up for the public shaming over the last two decades!

Jacky Rose, , their mum's fashion sense was a bit dodgy when she was young, but I thought she looked really nice at the wedding.

Princess Eugenie's dress looks like a nurse uniform to me 😂😂😂

I think my sweatpants and T-shirt look took the cake on the day.

Oprah's dress was horrendous. It is obvious that you are bias

Maire Bhan Princess Anne is the hardest-working of all the Royals and has re-worn the same dresses for decades. She has most likely saved the government the most money by not letting the queen give her children Royal titles.

Princess Diana's niece was second best. She looked stunning

Catherine and Camilla both looked very classy. Amal Clooney was in my opinion very pretty, the yellow shade matched her skin so well. As for the bride, the dress was boring.. was expecting a bit more from her. Oprah and Serena looked terrible! And you didn’t even mention lady Kitty Spencer..

Prince Andrew's two daughters Beatrice and Eugenie looked absolutely awful!!! They both looked old and very drab...didn't like what they were wearing at all.

Though I don’t like her at all, I couldn’t take my eyes off of Amal Clooney. She looked absolutely gorgeous. The color she chose was spot on, the figure hugging dress, but not tight, she looked so pretty. I admit. I was jealous. And Meghan’s mom looked stunning as well. The color was perfect for her.

My best dressed (other then Meghan who is obviously no.1!!) was Sophie countess of Wessex , she looked absolutely beautiful and so elegant

Big question: why do you exclude Kitty Spencer? She is in the Best List made by many others....

I loved princess Beatrice’s dress. Who makes these lists?

Oprah looked horrific in the Pepto Bismol Stella M. dress that made her look excessively top heavy. Oprah usually looks very polished. Obviously Stella failed in this design. The other failure was Victoria Beckham in her dour, dark dress sans bra. Her dour expression matched her ugly dress.
