BF1 has fictional stories that feels like as if it was real, that's its beauty.

Not completely fiction though. A few names that are in this game do have their own stories. Like Lawrence of Arabia and the Hellfighters. Those are both real though their stories are a bit embellished here.

Bf1 ww1 is was as real as it got. The bombings, The shootings, massiv assaults, that was real. Individual characters stories in this game is fiction, events were problably not

LMFAO. Except for Avanti Savoia. I'm pretty sure there weren't any soldier running around with medieval looking armor, blasting away enemies with a machine gun like Rambo in WW1.

One of the amazing parts of the game is those names in the beginning constantly change and they're all real names from the casualty lists of WWI

I have just played the game and saw it too that he got different names than me, that's kind of fascinating considering you only play as 4 soldiers. I wonder how large the in-game database actually is. But it's a touching detail nonetheless. Thanks for the explaination.

I think this is when Battlefield truly made a turning point in campaign making. not only did the multi-story system work, but made you feel empathy for the characters, even for the short time you played them. not to mention the emotional impact has been increased significantly.

It hurt seeing Luke struggling with the tankgewher, a weapon that helped give me a 70 kill streak in online

Tbh, it’s a hard weapon to get used to at first, especially with the fact that you can only use it while on cover or prone. Once you master that though, it’s easy to manage.

I really like storm of steel because it really shows you how much people died in the war especially at the end, were you keep dying and switching to a different guy.

Fun Fact: The scene at 14:20 was highly likely based on the story of how Hitler survived WW1. He found himself in a similar predicament during his service. He was unarmed and a British soldier named Pvt. Henry Tandy had him in his sights but couldn't bring himself to shoot an unarmed soldier. Hitler later recognised Tandy in a painting and stated "If it wasn't for that British soldier I'd be dead. I thought I'd never see Germany again". Tandy would later state after the London Blitz that if he had known who was in his sights on that battlefield he wouldn't have hesitated in pulling the trigger

“Nice serving with you lads”, I don’t know why this one stayed with me but it just feels powerful..

Tip: Use melee attacks to take out an enemy silently AND you are able to aim while in a tank. It can help you be more precise when landing shots on weak spots of other tanks. . Love the game play and love your reactions keep on the good work and hopefully no more copyright claims.

the entire section where you lead the tank on foot can be done by stealth if you scout enemies watch their patterns lure some and melee to death.

I remember I when I first played back in 2016 when I was 10, I sucked horribly and when manage 5 kills a game but I would still play for hours because the concept of large scale battles was amazing to me.

The sound track is just so amazing in this game. It still gives me chills.

Just to let you know, some missions in battlefield 1 are suppost to be stealthy, for example when you j into the camps on the tank mission, you should melee the enemies as its much quieter

A better way to make it through the camps would have been to sneak around the outskirts and picking off stragglers with your shovel crude but it works and has a much larger survival chance.
