    If you can handle the challenge, you could be the first person to develop a 650 twin TRANSPLANT KIT for the Himalayan! It would mean a few chassis mods, but if you keep the engine as standard as possible, it would be a GREAT stepping stone to most Himalayan owners who love the 650 power plant AND the Himalayan chassis package! LOVE the 2-1 pipe setup! Can't wait for the cam instal and dyno results! I wonder what it looks like on the Conti GT?

    Bought a pair of universal silencers.. from these guys a while back. Brilliant value for money and great service. Sent out a sleeve adapter that I'd ballsed up welding free of charge.

    So glad you made it back! Can't wait to see the S&S Cam shaft install and Dyno results. FYI ; Moto Anatomy/Johnny Lewis will be racing the R.E. FTR 750 (S&S Modified) in American Flat Track this season. Will be a development year. Can't wait to see how he does with that engine on the short tracks in the Production Twins class.

    I’m loving this series! On the last video on the interceptor you mentioned that you might be able to raise the front end by 30mm more to a total of 50mm. Any work on that? I’m working on a interceptor scrambler projeto myself and think the increased height would greatly improve the stance of the bike!

    The kind of headers on the pipes that should have come out also for the Street Twin. In my opinion way more good looking than the "two into two" version made for the ST. It kind of reminds me of the Tracker ones for the older Bonnies. Looking good.

    We will make the high pipe later this year and it is almost ready for production, but due to demands on production time we had to prioritize what we thought would be the most popular type first.

    These are great videos and I don't even have an Interceptor. I'd love one as a second bike but by the time I bought it and I turned it into one like yours I'd be divorced 🤣. Ever thought of doing a "turn key" solution of everything once you've fettled it finally?

    regards, it looks better with the changes made. Can you tell me how long the seat was? compared to original length. That adjustment allowed space to mount the grill, I like the way it looks. take care friend

    looking forward to more info and a sound check on the 2>1 exhaust. just bought an Interceptor. also the cam change, i reviewed the shop manual and the installation looks straight forward and less work than on a Street Twin, Which i have done, but i don't understand what the adjustable timing on the S&S cam is all about and why you need shims.

    Any video clips of the dyno runs using this exhaust? Would prefer to hear a road test obviously, but I'm really curious how it sounds. So, even a short clip on the dyno would be good. This WOULD be the exhaust I'd buy for my 650, as it is absolutely gorgeous, and MUCH more practical than a high exhaust, IMO. But I assume it's still in development as I don't see it listed on your site...

    Are there wheels available like the one on your side in Scrambler, to fit into Interceptor and make it tubeless. Tubeless setup is such a convenience given the road conditions we have here. I like the spoke wheels look on Interceptor but need a spoke wheel with tubeless set up. RE webpage been displaying alloy wheel coming soon for 1 year now but they never brought it.

    I'm guessing the oil cooler sitting in front of the hottest part of the engine doesn't affect cooling as Triumph does this too - or they don't want to relocate for aesthetics? I like what you're doing with the bike. For myself, I thought about more of an upsweep on the silencers further back like Dakar which would leave room for soft luggage. Those SS exhaust pipes would be tough crash bars?? Or might pull at head aluminum?

    Oil Coolers and Radiators are mounted at the Front of the Engine for good reason,where do you suggest locating them for the best Airflow ?.

    I was looking around briefly and the only high exhaust I could find available that looked any good is EXPENSIVE (1,000 pounds).. If you could make a system that looks as good as you had on the bike before, for a price similar to this low 2-1 system you're selling now, I think you'd sell a lot, even with the trade-offs of a high system.

    Hi we have seats in stock , we just need to make the mounting kits. problem is we are short staffed at the moment. We were going to try and recruit 2 more staff in March, But guess what happened !

    And exhaust tubes that go from the head to right before the foot pegs so we can choose our own shorty mufflers without having to cut the stock pipes.

    Do you still have the camshaft available for the Bonneville 900 engine? I would love one for my '17 street cup, but it's not on your US site. My local dealer is as interested as I am!

    Hi yes, we don't sell them on our California site for EPA legal reasons. But we can ship them from the UK for 'off road use'. see our UK web shop for details about the cams we make.     Hi Yes we will get to that, but we like to make changes in stages and log every change with dyno tests. We have just fitted the cam and done the dyno runs on that and we have had an incremental increase in power. Next stage will be head porting before fitting a big bore kit, as this is basically free. Tuning is not just about throwing money at a motor by fitting high cost tuning parts. This is what most would have you want to do as that is how they make money. I am only interested in what actually works. The only issue is the bike with this exhaust and the cam is now as fast as you really want with the stock brakes etc. Personally I would want to upgrade the front brake as an absolute minimum before gaining any more performance. The big bore kit is a big investment as you also have to get the cylinder block bored out and liners pressed in by a machine shop, The main advantage I would see with the 865 kit would be extra torque over the 650 motor. The S&S cam and TEC2-1 will give most people the power they need at a much lower cost and effort.

    We build shocks to order and only have part of our staff in at the moment so we have shown them as out of stock with several other lines that are built to order.. We are working hard to set up social distancing in the work shops but not easy and at best we will be running at about 50% staff. We hope to have the dampers and some other parts shown as out of stock to be available ASAP.

    Yes, again that is a project we had started and a lot of the base groundwork is done. we just had to make a decision on what full system to make first. This was mostly based on our experience with Triumphs. Our 2-1 Triumph Tracker exhaust ( you will see how similar the Stinger is) is our most popular exhaust as it offers great sound , good all round performance, huge weight saving and at a fantastic retail price

    Hi Sorry at the moment we could not cope with the huge extra demand. Also had a lot of problems with customs and couriers when previously shipping to India. Probably the best way is for us to have a distributor for TEC parts in India.

    I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm getting RABID with antici......pation for news on the S&S cam results? It's been 6wks since the last news! ...lol It's been over a year since the news of S&S's big bore kits for the 650 came out, and STILL no-one has done a review of the fitment and dyno or road performance! ....NOTHING! This goes for the cams, Powermaster, or any other parts bar exhausts and filters! (Simple "bolt ons"!) Hitchcocks do a selection of sprockets and there is a heavy duty clutch kit SOMEWHERE(?) but no reports! ...So can TEC do this please? ...Maybe we can see a limited production run of "kitted out" bikes, with appropriate premium added? (ala Guy Willison's CB1100RS "5four" special editions!)

    Plain and simple, if you ride on the super slab, these are TOO Small. Country roads and about the metro is great for these. Being blown off the roadway by an oncoming semi (wind blast) is not fun and is dangerous and deadly. I've had it happen to me. That's when I got rid of my BSA 650 Lightning. This model here looks amazing and runs great and looks fast.

    If I put on a high exhaust system... and then some day I need to take a woman home or whatever, I could just have her sit side-saddle, right? (both legs to the left side, her body facing left).. Women ride that way on the back of bikes in SE Asia often, with not exhaust problem forcing them to.
