Hello Nitin ji, please help me. I booked Meteor Stellar Red Customised on 09.03.2022 from Bina Automobiles, Silchar, Assam. I have signed and sealed booking receipt from the showroom. They gave me waiting period of 90 days. Today i got mail from Company stating that booking was on 06.06.2022 and estimated delivery on 22.08.2022. I don't understand what happened. If anyone faced similar situation or knows how to handle such situation please help me.

Aaj hm ek bohot ajeeb chiz dekha bike me....hmko bike liye 3 din hue...par odometer 20.3 km se 60 km hogaya...jabki bike maximum 10 km chali hogi.

Hi Nithin Bhai and hi everyone, My bike started to have some minute rattling noise just a day before the first servicing. I took it to the service center, they did all the stuff they do for the first service and they didnt allow me to stay with the bike but I noticed the tech took the bike like 3 times amidst the servicing for a test drive. He said that the engine sound is normal and there is nothing to worry. I am sure that the smoothness of the bike is gone. Regarding the rattling sound he said that the exhaust became loose and he tightend it. However, after the servicing there is no issue with the mileage but the minor rattling sound is still there and I noticed it starts after I drive my bike for like 10km. I'm little disappointed with the service center PPL and also not sure what to do with this as every Enfield user I came across said this is normal. Please advise what to do.

You can wait untill your next scheduled oil change. Get the oil filter replaced and tank cleaned. Just go with a good quality oil.

Kitna kilometers ke bad bad engine oil change karna jaruri?

Hi @foarvlogs, Thanks for sharing such tips and tricks. I got meteor 350 a week ago . Completed 450kms in less than 3 days. Just noticed one weird thing. My brakes light is not lighting up when pressing the front brakes. It only lights up when pressing the rear brakes. Is this normal or am I missing something which i should definitely bring it up on first service ? Awaiting reply

How can I find, in which month my meteor was manufactured. On my meteor the malfunction light was continuously turned. My bike is miss-firing and sometimes not even starting. The service centre is not able to find the exact problem. They provided a temporary fix and told if this problem occurs again they will call technicians from RE. I suspect this is an ignition coil problem. I had read that meteor bikes manufactured between Dec 2020 and April 2021 had an ignition coil problem and RE had recalled those bikes to fix the problem. How can I be sure that my meteor isn't manufactured between Dec 2020 and April 2021

Hello sir , I am one of your huge fan and follower. I am texting you with a hope of reply for one simple query. How long shall one should keep a bike if servicing is being done periodically and no major problem arises and no immediate plan of upgrading. After what average kilometres a biker should look for new upgrade instead of sticking to old one where there's a chance of breakdown possibility goes up. As example the new Royal Enfield J series engine which is still to be tested its longevity , by your experience what do you think a good number of kilometres one should cover before any major issue one can expect for J series meteor engine. 2nd what can be changed ( major parts ) which can extend the longevity of that bike and upon which range of kilometres that part needs to be changed / replaced ( not necessarily upgrade , replace with orginal part ) Also just another quick query , does the handlebar you fited in metero reduce vibration ?!

Sir in my opinion men grow old not machines , keep the services ng and other parts in regular order and atleast a machine should be able to service you for 10 yrs without any issues

On 30th July i visit Aman automobiles as I was having an unusual sound from engine but they told me that they have to keep my bike and an engineer will come from the company and he will open the engine and check the root cause. But my question is that opening an engine just after 8 months of delivery is right?

I have new meteor fire ball.While riding the bike there’s a hissing sound coming from the fuel tank continuously ( although it sometimes stops and starts ) . It is same sound that use to come while starting the bike while we turn on the kill switch. Is it normal or what?? Plzz reply sir

yes it's a normal fuel pump working sound , problem will happen when that sound stops coming 😭😭

Its not that useful, if you want that meter looks you can get it from showroom 5k, my suggestion is better you get a good quality mobile holder

I booked my meteor 6 months ago it's still not delivered I'm really disappointed by this and i have completed the payments a month ago including insurance and RTO as dealers told me to do inorder to receive my bike faster but evn now they didn't give me a fixed delivery date really very disappoint from royal Enfield 💔

SIr honda wale volkswagon wale engine ko pehle hi pura ghisa dete hai .... isliye unhe 10000 km tak engine oil change karne ki jarurat nahi hai ..... volkswagon wale kehte hai pehle din se hi 120-140 par chalao aur 5 Lakh KM tak engine ke kuch ho gaya to naya le jao ... yeh engine oil 500 KM chalne se hi change karwa lo yeh technology purani ho gayi .. still living in 1940's era ....
