Because of COVID-19, I spent almost a month in hospital and in bed. I missed my INT650 and riding joy so much during this period. I used to watch this video numerous times whenever I wasn’t sleeping. This gave me goosebumps and kept my morale high. My convalescence period became bearable and recovery was made possible thanks to this pure exhilarating sound of a marvellous machine. Unconsciously, I had made this video a part of my treatment regime and it paid off very well! Now I am out of bed and have started riding again but with caution due to monsoon rains. @@kalnwi2023 unless the highway is 160kmh or 100 miles an hour this bike should be fine and considering it can hit 100kmh in 5.5 seconds (which is as fast as a considerably fast sports car) this bike should be fine.

@@lazy_dragon8900 Not sure if you're still thinking about it but here's my two cents: If you can do your own maintenance, this bike is pretty easy to work on and you won't have any major issues. If you take your bike to a mechanic, this is a terrible purchase. The service intervals are 3000 miles and you have to check the valves every time you change the oil, it would get crazy expensive if you don't do it yourself. I'm really happy with mine and with other REs I've had, but that's just because checking valves and whatnot is something I like doing myself. The actual reliability is pretty great as long as you take care of it.

You wrote "thanks for watching" in the end, but the only thing that I have to tell ya is THANKS FOR SHARING. This video is one of the most emotional videos I ever seen about riding motorcycles. I miss riding motorcycles, now I can't because of several things, and this video make me feel like I'm riding again. I'm crying for gratitude. I really thank you indeed.

I love watching Schaaf's riding. A good guy with good skills, he knows when give way to other road users for safety reasons.

@@dasu5436 Laos, China, Vietnam, Phillipines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Nord AND South Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia and a few more all drive on the right. Its actually 50/50 , 16 Asian countries drive right, another 16 drive left.

Your skills are crazy good. I need to get out this summer and learn on roads like this! absolutely beautiful.

I just bought one of these and it amazed me at how well the basic balance of this bike is. There's a sleeper hiding under the geometry of these 650's. I think with a suspension tune to tighten it up further and sintered brake pads it will keep any bike honest on a twisting road. There's already the factory approved S&S 865 kit and a truck load of performance parts that have now sprung up. Endless options for upgrades! LOVE this bike. Sold a FTR 1200 for one. Just ride it like you stole it and you'll understand. 😁😁😁

That's what happens when you leave motorcycle racers in charge of the RE 650's chassis development, tell them to "make it fun" and you have Harris Performance building the bits. You end up with a classic looking bike that thinks it's a GSXR LOL! 😆😁👌
