Ben I just think even a guy of 5'6" like me needs a handlebar riser for long rides because when I ride my friends Himalayaan I was bending forward a bit which was good in twisty mountain roads but sometimes I feel like I can use a taller handlebar or a rised handlebar. My question is how does the ktm handlebar feel in twisty mountain roads?

Hi Ben once again.... Can you make a video on garmin usage and compared with an mobile GPS apps (also open street maps is also available on androids and ios) Is it really worth to buy expensive GPS system in India 🇮🇳 ? ... Also most of the good navigation systems not available in for purchases. So a cheap or old phones with apps can be used nowadays.. Though garmin systems are reliable in Western countries and also ruggedly built.. Is it still valuable compared to the current phones which does the pretty same job.....

open your switch console and see for yourself Yash . you will find a small metal projection in the upper half of the console that goes inside a hole in the handlebar to lock it in place . the same holes on the ktm handlebars are slightly smaller in dia . so you will have to drill them out to accomodate the pin on your stock switch console

Hi Ben, so it's my dad who got a Himalayan for highway touring 80% of the time. With close to 1000km clocked so far, he wishes the handle to be a little nearer to him. He is 5'4" and also has a shorter upper body. He has tilt the handle bar angle a little to come a little closer to him just before the elbow bending inward limit. That has made a world of difference but he is not yet relaxed for longer rides( He wishes to have a little more nearer reach). With the knowledge you have, what can I ask him to do/consider? Thanks.

@@ONTWOWHEELSBEN But that would increase the height too isn't it. Like I said, he is short and also has a shorter upper body. Any different handle bar for nearer reach than stock that you have an idea about? Because I can still chart out that a riser as much as good would be, is bad since the bar being tilted to the extreme(shorter upper body) is going to hurt the good ride feel and confidence.
