I'd rather read James Middleton's book than a whinefest from an entitled man-child who is jealous of everything his brother has and who blames everyone for his poor life choices.

I worked with patients who had trauma from chemo. People need to leave beautiful Princess Catherine alone. Five to six months of chemo is normal. It depends on the doctor. Then some people have to have radiation. Please stop talking about hair falling out, how to get back in public. She needs all this time to heal. Just when they think they feel better it hits them again. Love and prayers for Catherine and her family is what we need to do.

I was diagnosed at the same age as Catherine is now,I had 6 cycles of aggressive chemo (stage 4 blood cancer)then when that hell finished I had 1 Month break before starting maintenance treatment for a further two years,I isolated. I was neutrapenic from the chemo & other damage it caused and it took me 3 months to begin to taste again or eat a normal meal, also I lost no hair. Everyone is different every regime is different. Not to mention setbacks, infections, hospital stays which delays the next cycle. She shouldn't be rushed back until her Drs & bloods say its safe to do so.

Very much agree Missy . Anyone that bullies our beautiful princess of Wales is an enemy of mine . Especially old M and her goons . It's absolutely discusting . The Princess of Wales will get through this and recover if she is given the time and space to do so . I have been lighting a candle for her every night and am glad that she is having the chemo just to be on the safe side . Sending the Princess of Wales a huge hug and letting her know she is very much loved by people all over the world . If it takes until september to complete her chemo , its worth it , to have the Princess of Wales healthy again .

A few weeks after I had her, I had a unhappy split from a boyfriend & I was constantly in tears & Lucy was always there to lick my face. She gave me a reason to get up because she needed feeding & later taking out for walks. My Dad died 5 years later & she got me through my grief again. I’m definitely buying James Middleton’s book. I adore animals and have long harboured thoughts, about the comfort a special pet can bring to a person. Their love is unconditional, there is no feeling that beats coming home, from a rotten day at work and you are greeted with a massive display of affection. Your mood changes from one of feeling low, to one of feeling so much better. Whenever I am feeling very low or very unwell, my dog Amber snuggles up beside me and places her head on my lap, she doesn’t bounce around with her toys, wanting you to play with her, it’s like she has a sixth sense about how you are feeling. Just having her beside me, stroking her gently, is soothing and brings me an inner peace. So yes, I will be buying James’s book. Take Care 🦋🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🦋

Well done to James Middleton it is a story that I can relate to. I lost my husband 2 years ago who I loved dearly and didn’t know how I could go on. My daughter suggested I get a dog which worried me as I’d never had a dog before but oh my goodness what a wonderful addition to my life she has been she knows when I’m feeling sad and makes me get up in morning and gives me purpose and something to care for.

I am very happy for James and his book. I will definitely get a copy of his book. Our dog Roxy was a great comfort to my daughter after her dad passed away. We lost her a year later to cancer. Animal gives you unconditional love.

James will never do anything to hurt his sister. He hasn’t in over 20 years, he won’t now. I’m looking forward to this book and I’m going to support him by buying it. I had a dog called Jack, he saved my life in a very similar way. I lost Jack too early, there’s a long story about his successor, Sir Alfred, you would not believe even though I have witnesses. Alfred is saving lives as we speak Dogs do save lives and I genuinely will enjoy reading about James’s experience.

My dog Bond, James Bond is my Service Dog for brain damage related issues. I was going through horrible abuse. I was sick and couldn’t leave. Staying became dangerous. Dangerous for Bond. I had three other dogs at the time. I am always surrounded by dogs because people were never there for me. I had promised the other dogs I would never leave them. I did though. I was afraid for my life. Bond is a small dog and the other three were large dogs. It came to the point I had to leave them. Every time I think of them I just collapse. I stayed alive for my little guy. He had been with me during the worst of the abuse, I stayed alive to give him a happy life too. For a time now he’s really relaxing and enjoying. He live near so many parks to chase squirrels with. We added another dog to our family. The three of us try to explore and also lie down under a tree. While Bond loves me unconditionally he also keeps me in line. If I get depressed and lay around he sits on the floor in front of me with his back to me. It is his statement of stop feeling sorry for yourself and take me squirrel hunting. He loves me and gives me tough love. A good friend loves you a family member will get annoyed with you but still love you unconditionally.

My beautiful pooch Ziggy was VERY ill with new Diabetes a few days ago. With insulin, weighing meals and giving him his favourite in them (liver and kidneys!) and testing his urine. He is 11 1/2 and been with me since a tiny pup. Without him I think I would have succumbed to depression. Plus he saved 2 elderly peoples lives on 2 separate occasions! He was a hero where I lived before. He is now on the up re illness, thank God!

James is very brave to write about his depression and his beloved dog. We all know how vicious people can be, so exposing such a painful journey is indeed courageous. Hopefully, his book will help many people cope with depression and show them that there IS Light at the end of that tunnel and that Love does heal, both hunans and animals.
