This was some of Roy and HG's best work. Very original and extremely funny.

Thank you so much for sharing this. It doesn’t feel like 20 years ago. Roy and HG were the best commentators. Absolute Aussie humour at its best. Our country isn’t this much fun anymore. Said he, having moved to Scotland. You know what I mean anyway. This is Australia when it was still Australia. Made me very, very happy to see this. Please don’t let IOC take it away. It’s yours and ours 🇦🇺

This is vintage funnies from legendary commentators, and to remove it would be an injustice and a disservice to those who remember the 2000 Olympics in Sydney. Flatbag.

Roy and H G, did such a great job in 2000. Their gymnastics commentaries were gold, and the romance of Greco-Roman wrestling. Their footy commentary was awesome, too. Remember Club Buggery?😂

thanks mate. yeah the IOC still deem this as "their content" because it was their event, and I'm just the re-uploading host. but I won't let that take away from the glorious humour of these classic comedians.

@@STAG162 The IOC does make me laugh. After the way that they handled the Tokyo postponement, you would think that they would have more important things to worry about than a 6 minute KZread video. It does make you wonder. Keep posting your videos mate. I love them.

I used to love listening to their commentary of the grand finals. Would have me in stitches - would never listen to the actual broadcast.

Brilliant. If you have not seen ' aussie man reviews' channel...he does some hard core Roy and Hg style commentary on everything, but also Simone Biles etc if you prefer sport.

I've no idea, but I believe it's at the discretion of the uploaders of those videos, not necessarily KZread taking them down. I've had this up for about 4 years and while the IOC claim it's their content (fair dues), I haven't heard boo about people being told to take down Roy & HG content.

I laughed so hard the first time and have done it again..hello boys and crazy date followed by a flat bag.😂

I don't think you'd find too many from the Sydney 2000 Olympics wanting to hark on their performances, but some younger and more modern gymnasts would already be familiar with the terminology these boys came up with. no doubt, they're thinking about the battered sav, flat bag and hello boys every time they land. =)
