ROUND 2: Dollar Cost Averaging Investing For Quicker Profit

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Come with me on this journey of a real life example of utilising the dollar cost averaging strategy, using crypto (specifically Bitcoin in this first example). I'm trying to reach a 4% profit at which point I will jump out, take profit, and start again. If that sounds interesting to you, come along and let see how long it takes me to beat my annual mortgage rate!

If I were you I would try day trading wholly owned blue chips if you have a spare 100k. If not use cfd's, with 7k you can take out a 100k trade. The rules have just changed as far as cfd providers go in Australia to bring them into line with over seas brokers. Four months ago 3k would of got you a 100k trade. If every body did the same thing its impossible to lose money. Just enter a sell trade when support has faulted and people begin selling again. Close that trade with a sell trade( yes it sounds strange but sell trades(shorts) are closed with another sell trade ) When resistence has kicked in and people are buying again enter a buy trade. Then quickly enter a sell trade to close that deal and open a sell trade to catch the down movement this way you make money on the ups and downs of the daily movement. Its more fun this way, what you are doing sounds boring as hell

@@VroomBroomZoom If you cant wholly own the shares then you need a cfd account. A cfd contract is basically a bet between you and the broker, It pays to have a wholly owned account as well. This way the broker will find it harder to rip you off, because turnover is reported on the wholly owned accounts. Many times I have had to ring my cfd provider and ask why a trade execution did not happen. If you can provide them with the turnover, they fold, and just push a button and put the profit in your account. 95% of the time there is no need to argue with your broker

Mate, just one note, you are charged interest overnight on your cfd holdings. That's why I am a day trader, and close all holdings before the market closes
