Wow, thanks for the video. Super informative and to the point. Nice Tundra as well! My Tundra was wrecked 2 weeks ago. F150 cut me off on highway and I ended up T-boning his truck bed at 65 MPH. My Tundra kept me alive and it even kept running after the impact to drive it to the side of the highway. Had the 3 inch RC lift with the long shocks.

You have any pic’s or videos with the new tires on??? I have the same model/ year tundra but in the wind chill pearl. I’m looking to do the 3.5 rough country lift. But I’m unsure of what size wheels/ tires I want. I’m trying to not stick out past a inch or 1 1/2in. Yours looks great! 1

I have the nittos mud terrain 35 inch tires on my tundra. Go with the ko2. The truck does not stop well in ice with the nitos. The trail grapplers are great off road and in snow but little ice or rain they slip. The ko2 are nicer on the road too. Just my 2 cents. Nice truck. I have an08 tundra with same lift kit but I added air bags to the back so I can haul heavy loads

@@mamorales001 I didn’t use an offset. I just used stock rims. They did rub when turned really tight. I would say 1/2 inch spacers would solve this problem.

@@mamorales001 +25 offset is the sweet spot to fit a 35' tire. If you want a 35x12.5 tire you will need to do a BMC. If you go with a 285x75x18 (35x11.2) or a 295x70x18 (34.5x11.8) you will be fine and still get that close to 35 height and NO rub.

Fairly certain thats a 2021 with the shark fin on top. Beautiful rig. Back seat is a hotel suite. lol

Might have missed it… is that a 2x4 or 4x4? I’m thinking about getting this exact kit, but my only drawback is the angle it’ll put on the CV axels.

Did the outside of your tires wear prematurely? I have the same lift and no alignment has fixed the issue

Thanks, just watched a video and guy took back his trail grabbers because of safety issues. So KO 2 ‘s it is.

On the 3.5" inch vertex coilovers does anyone know the min.-max height adjustment for these? I hear they come set at 3" inches out of the box.

So just because I didn’t hear it, this truck is a stock truck that all you did was install the extended struts on it up front ? Or you install upper control arms as well?

No it does have the upper control arms to . I got the kit with the extended shocks and control arms. I’ve had it for almost 4 years now, with zero issues. Plus everyone that rides with me, love the smooth ride.

I have the same wheels on my tundra on some nitto ridge grapplers they look awesome 20x9 also 👍👍 Also thinking of adding this kit thanks you for the info sir great help
