@@tractorsmarinemechanic What happens is that I had a cylinder head brushed, they lowered it by 2mm and when it was time to assemble it with a new metal gasket and give it a torque of 58 lb-ft, I have oil and water leaks around the edges of the cylinder head. I don't know what to do, increase the torque more and if so, up to how much? You know the head adjusting bolt is 10mm x 125 . I will greatly appreciate your guidance.

Surface grinding is not good maybe your head was bend.
