RotoPax Extension Mount
I decided to add a gallon of water to the gallon of gas that i had mounted previously. You need the RotoPax Extension mount, to make that happen.

Thinking of doing the same setup for my Tundra and I've been wondering how the extension worked. Your video showed it perfectly. Thanks
Thanks for posting this man, it helped me a bunch on what to order. I love the the rail system mount!
Very cool man! I gotta look that up for my truck.
That's a really cool product
Thank you so much!

yeah man. it's probably more expensive that most people would be comfortable with, but sometimes the "cool factor" just makes it worth it
I’m curious why you have them mounted floating.
What mounting bracket did u use for that set up

marc nascar Hey marc. I cover all that in my first video. Check out the video description for links to everything. kzread.info/dash/bejne/emGH2dOhZ9Snnpc.html
Will those gas tanks expand due to the heat?
@HarleyWood23

no. the plastic is very thick. roughly four times thicker than most of the typical gas cans that you would be familiar with.
Are thise one or two gallon containers ??
I'm thinking I need this for my Tacoma, r u running a Toyota ? I'm wondering about mounting inside my bed

cool product. but it sucks that you have to take it all off to get to the fuel
@HarleyWood23

you only have to loosen the tang holding the water, pull the water container off, then loosen the tang holding the fuel. You don't have to take it all apart like you see me assembling here.

HarleyWood Make video on the meth lab?
That's wrong. You cannot use the Rotopax lock the way you have this
@XYoverland
2 жыл бұрын
Yes you can. The issue with the lock on the extension is it can be defeated by spinning the entire outer can. In a case like this where the can is secured close enough to the top rail or side, it can’t spin freely and the lock will still work the same as on a single can.
Word of advice, dont buy the locking pad mount.

Why? I just started using my lock and it seems to get stuck and not pull out! Is that what you mean?
@HondaFit4Adventure

@@donschlonski2936 Theres plenty of videos on KZread including my own channel of the lock getting jammed. I lubed it and even covered the hole with tape. It literally jammed on camera while I was taking it off in my garage.

@@HondaFit4Adventure oh! So what I just experienced in my garage is normal! Can't imagine being out on the trail in crisis mode without my garage stuff and have to try to get that lock out! Time for a licking cable instead
