    I have the kamado Joe big Joe 2. I love it. I need to get that basket its cool. I normally put the heat deflector on and lay the wings on the cast iron grates. If I use this basket I don't have to worry about cleaning my grates. How much lump coal did you use for the cook? I use Jealous Devil or Fogo Super Premium and they both burn hot as hell. Do they make a larger basket cause I need one that will fit like 50 wings in it?

  • @BreakItYourself

    @BreakItYourself

    Hard to say exactly how much lump I used but it’s not much just for 400° F for an hour. Be warned the basket is a pain to clean. I think I’ve done 40 wings before. The basket was packed but still had enough room to tumble. 50 might be pushing it. I don’t think Napoleon makes multiple sizes.

I checked the front clasp that has the name Napoleon on it and it locks securely.Also where it connects to the two clasps in the back seats in position but doesn't snap in like the front.
