Rehua: That bird called me a bad word after I was nice to it and now I'm going to go follow it into a dark alley to murder it, get ambushed by more of them, and drag the entire party into a three hour combat session. Thurston: Eeeeexcellent. This was seriously the best episode.

Was half expecting Tannhauser at the start to open the bar door and just scream "FELICITATIONS, MALEFACTORS"

This was the episode I joined Zoran's Twitch for so I could watch the VOD early. Hulky squaring up with some shit talking owls and throwing the whole session into chaos, ruining Baldric plans while Speaker couldn't roll above a ten for most of the night. ...worth every fucking penny.

Had to do it. XP anyway, keep up the disasters. :)

this was said with the exact same energy as my party's paladin, the utter chaos it takes to make a paladin slam his head on a desk is just one of the things that makes DND so fun

So I was listening to this on Spotify at work and when i got to the part where hulky was fighting the asshole birds I imagined it as him fighting a bunch of porgs (those little bird creatures from the Last Jedi/Rise of Skywalker) and that made it 100x funnier when they started kicking the party's collective asses

I never expected to see an adventuring party get assaulted by an entire parliament of shit-talking Cedric the Owls.

When you are so done with a situation you’re entire worldview changes. I feel that on a fundamental level.

I love how so many of these seasons just go off the rails on the simplest parts of the story. Its the story of Lord Buckethead again, and I love every moment of it.

Did Baldric go full Oblivion NPC and murder an innocent?

So glad that the proud tradition of SpeakerD fucking up Earndil’s attempts to negotiate lives on. 🤣

Absolute best episode yet, I love a good narrative but these slapstick comedy brawls are hard to beat. Hoot hoot!

God that train wreck of an episode even beats the whole Pi Hard arc of war hams. By the way, can we all agree that Oran was the MVP of that whole mess? XD

I'd swap Baldric and Oran personally. Rocket was the smart ass tinkerer done with everyone's shit, and Star Lord generally was confident but confused with fits Oran a bit stronger, with a weird relationship to a powerful entity.

I genuinely love how they all tell Hulky that they love him. Even though his character made a decision that caused them problems they communicate that they're still friends. Love it

At the end there it would've been way funnier if he kept that 1, it was hilarious it even landed on it. Like, he was so bad with it that he lightly smacked a man and it looked more like a scene from Twilight rather than a fight.

I shared this campaign with my DnD group and they started watching it to in between sessions 😆

When Rehua was sticking his head through the hole in the wall all I could picture was the TikTok of the hole in the door and then you hear a yell and Elmo’s face slams into the hole and he says “Hi”
