i tought the city is older then it really is because 18th century is not that old or iam just used that any city here in germany is like from ancient or medieval times :/

@@edelweiss- actually 18th century is quite old) Because most of the modern cities are really new But I guess Rostov is older than it, because 18th century is just the time when it was officially based by queen Elizabeth, but people used to live here earlier

@@Jiu_zule yes. i also really want to visit it after iam allowed to go to in future :). Iam even currently elarnign russian even if its fckng hard xD. at least you guys dont got articles, one good thing xD. and yes. 18th century is old. but like for me not really anymore. because in Germany you get like in any citys old-city places with so called "Fachwerkshäusern". houses which were built with lime mortar and clay mixed with straw and oak logs :). like Leipzig where i live in looks sadly at many places modern today (i like the industrial style but it got destroyed in ww2 like the old theatre and our beautiful old univeristy where Goethe studied :/) but there are still places with these really pretty old houses from medieval times and earlier like 11th century.
