Today Melly decided to try and make some Rosette Cookies. These are Scandinavian traditional fried puffy "pin-wheel cookies" of batter cooked up and sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon. They are delicious! Similar to a Funnel Cake in taste and batter.

Not sure if we did them right or not as we are noobs at this but Melly and I sure had fun. When the weather is too cold and rainy to work out in the garage on our motorcycles, why not try to make something new in the kitchen.
