Impress your family with this aromatic bread recipe.
Ingredients:
For roasting garlic: Preheat oven - 350F , Bake - 30 minutes
Garlic - 1
Olive oil - 4 tbsps
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Rosemary - 2 tsps
All purpose flour - 3 cups + 2tbsps(dusting)
Sugar - 2 tbsps
Salt - 1.5 tsps
Dry yeast mix - 1/3 cup or Active dry yeast - 1.5 tbsps
Lukewarm water - 1 and 1/4 cups
Olive oil - 2 tbsps
Preheat oven - 350F
Cover & Bake - 30 minutes
Uncover & Bake - 20 minutes

What size pan do use to bake the bread in?
First of all that's not your normal cake pan. It's a springform pan and it's deeper. Luckily for me I can make your bread in my new cast iron Dutch oven.😊

Agree it's a springform pan but for this recipe a normal cake pan is adequate. Since I don't have one, I am using a springform pan. Cast iron Dutch ovens are a great choice too! As long as it can withhold the temperature/shape any pan can be used🙂
