It is amazing what advanced human beings many MMA fighters are. The fighters that cultivate the most peace within themselves enjoy the greatest success. Calm control will always accomplish more than the folks that act tough and violent. When anger and aggression get pushed to their limits, breakdowns begin and functional performance is reduced in large scale. Such a pleasure watching and learning from these athletes.
