I love rose based perfume too
Great review! I love rose perfumes a lot! My favorites are Rose of No Man's Land (Byredo) and A la Rose (Kurkjian)--I'm going to sample Young Rose soon

Should i buy young rose or eau rose?

Perfumes can really be subjective. I would advise to get a sample and see how it also works on your skin. Both are great scents!
is young rose Long lasting?

For me It's a no and yes. I'm not able to smell it on myself after a few hours. It maybe that my nose has gotten used to the scent, however I can still smell it on my clothes the next day.
