When our Lord Jesus was dying on the cross, he told the beloved disciple behold your mother and his mother behold your son the Church teaches that in giving his mother to John Jesus gave his mother to all of us to be our mother. Mary is the new Eve. She is the immaculate conception and she is our mother, the mother of Jesus. When we meditate on the sacred mysteries of the Blessed Virgin Mary we meditate on the life of Christ. She leads us to her son she is the queen mother. In the old Testament, Kings could have many wives but to be a queen, the mother of a king was a very privileged and special position. God bless you. Helen ❤💙

@helenmccann9084 If you were dying wouldn't you want someone to look after your mother? That scripture doesn't say anything about Mary being everyone's mother. We also don't see anything in scripture about Mary being the queen of heaven. Just like God didn't tell anyone to have statues of Mary, bow down before these statues and kiss her feet, have Saturday services and feast days for her, to have processions for her and parade around statues of Mary, say she was assumed into heaven, that she is a mediatrix, a benefactress, or an advocate, that she is omnipresent or omnipotent and can hear the prayers or requests of millions of people at the same time, that we should devote and consecrate ourselves to her, that we should create these special prayers for her and repeat them 50 times a day or that she can somehow help us now or at the hour of our death. According to the scriptures, this is all attributing divinity to Mary and making an idol out of her.

I am a Protestant who is devoted to Mary. She restored my whole life which had been lost to alcohol. She reconciled me to my wife and kids. Sometimes, when praying the Rosary, it is too much and I just sit and cry with gratitude. Her blessings are overwhelming. I have always prayed the Rosary as a debt of gratitude only. But recently I learned that She approves of praying with an intention of a blessing. I was estranged from my oldest son over a falling out we had several weeks ago. We hadn’t spoken. I prayed my Rosary with the intention that we be reconciled. Within the hour, he texted me reconcile. I couldn’t make this up if I tried. It is the most real experience I have had after my salvation. I love Her and through Her, I’ve come to accept Christ’s love for me, a poor sinner.

The miracle and power of The Rosary is overwhelming. Sometimes I childishly liken it to this, if you want to really know the Son, you must go through the Mother. The Mother of the Son of God is the true path to salvation. Her love is pure.

@@sammygomes7381 That is denial of a Dogma. If you are a Catholic you are endangering your eternal soul brother. If you are Protestant, this idea deserves further study. God Incarnated and entered the world through a woman. He wished to give Himself a mother that would give Him solace from the nausea inducing stench of sin. He could do so, and therefore He did make a himself a Mother after His own heart. This teaching is in perfect harmony with the proto-evangelium: The threat God made to the devil in Genesis: “I shall put enmity between you and the woman, she shall crush your head…” Gen 3:15

@@massimobozzi1 My friend the only thing that keeps us from heaven is not believing in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and that He died for our sins and arose. Christ entered the world through a Jewish girl He found favor with and required a Savior. Just a heads up, Mary is not mentioned in the book of Genesis or Revelation. I left the Catholic church when I decided to follow Christ, not a dogma, not Mary, and I was born-again. I'm not catholic, not protestant, I'm Christian. John 3:18 He who believes in Him is not condemned. But he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

@@sammygomes7381 Jesus Christ said many things beside. Everything He said must be taken into account or else you will make a religion with teachings that are missing or simply wrong. This reductionism is not warranted. You are not saved until AFTER death. As long as you draw breath it is possible to commit sin and disobey God through ignorance, weakness, malice or a combination of all three. Jesus founded the Catholic Church to protect us from our own fragility and foolishness. It is not wise to reject this help and go on our own understanding.

@@massimobozzi1 Friend, when did Jesus say we had to follow the dogma of the Catholic church? One is saved the minute they are born again. Christ died once for every sin that is to ever be committed. Can one still sin after salvation? Of course, but not willingly as Paul tells us we are human and we do what we don't want to and don't do what we should. John 10:28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. Ephesians 1: 13 "In Him you also, after hearing the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and after believing in Him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory." The word of God tells us we are saved the moment we accept Christ. Reading of the New Testament will reveal that the Catholic Church does not have its origin in the teachings of Jesus or His apostles. In the New Testament, there is no mention of the papacy, worship/adoration of Mary (or the immaculate conception of Mary, the perpetual virginity of Mary, the assumption of Mary, or Mary as co-redemptrix and mediatrix), petitioning saints in heaven for their prayers, apostolic succession, the ordinances of the church functioning as sacraments, infant baptism, confession of sin to a priest, purgatory, indulgences, or the equal authority of church tradition and Scripture. We are not saved by sacraments; we are saved by faith. As one can see the origin of the Catholic Church is not in the teachings of Jesus and His apostles.

@neku2741 Uhh, who said they were? Who says it's supposed to be in TheBible Oh, you must be for one of those man made churches from evangelical or protestant. Question. What is the pillar and foundation of truth? You will guess it's the Bible. Then why did Jesus found a church while the apostles were alive and the Bible was compiled at the Council of Hippo 300 years later? 1 Timothy 3:15 is your answer. "The Church is the pillar and foundation" "In case I am delayed, so that you may know how to behave in God's household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth John Henry Newman, a former protestant, said," To be steeped in history is to cease to being a protestant." If Sacred Scripture is the ultimate Revelation for a Christian, tell me where in The Bible does it say which books are in and which books are out. You seem like a decent fellow. Of course, you know it doesn't. The canon of scripture was compiled by Catholic bishops at the Council of Hippo 393 AD. Where in the Bible is Trinity? It's not, but all true disciples of Jesus believe it. Do you read or follow the Gospel of Thomas? No, of course you don't Council fathers deemed it to be a Gnostic heresy.

STOP 🛑 CATHOLICISM IS WRONG!!! simply hear this “For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,” ‭‭I Timothy‬ ‭2‬:‭5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Why are you asking saints (MAN) Young adults make it even worse by actually praying to them. JESUS IS THE WAY. The Bible clearly and consistently states that receiving Jesus Christ as Savior, by grace through faith, grants salvation (John 1:12; 3:16,18,36; Acts 16:31; Romans 10:9-10,13; Ephesians 2:8-9). The official position of the Roman Catholic Church is that a person must believe in Jesus Christ AND be baptized AND receive the Eucharist along with the other sacraments AND obey the decrees of the Roman Catholic Church AND perform meritorious works AND not die with any mortal sins AND etc., etc., etc. Catholic divergence from the Bible on this most crucial of issues, salvation, means that yes, Catholicism is a false religion. If a person believes what the Catholic Church officially teaches, he/she will not be saved. Any claim that works or rituals must be added to faith in order for salvation to be achieved is a claim that Jesus’s death was not sufficient to fully purchase our salvation. The Roman Catholic Church teaches many doctrines that are in disagreement with what the Bible declares. These include apostolic succession, worship of saints or Mary, prayer to saints or Mary, the pope / papacy, infant baptism, transubstantiation, plenary indulgences, the sacramental system, and purgatory. While Catholics claim Scriptural support for these concepts, none of these teachings have any solid foundation in the clear teaching of Scripture. These concepts are based on Catholic tradition, not the Word of God. In fact, they all clearly contradict Biblical principles.

Christ and Christ alone. This is the truth, even though you might find it hard to accept. Read & study scripture for yourself & literally ask God for clear understanding of His Word... Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Both events are part of Catholic Tradition. The Catechism of the Catholic Church defines the Assumption in Sections 966 and 974. 1. Hail Mary, full of Grace Luke 1:28 (Hail, full of Grace) The Angel Gabriel greets Mary with very respectful greeting used for royalty. The text doesn’t say “Mary” after Hail but it is implied. Gabriel then proclaims Mary full of Grace (full of God’s own life and love) 2. The Lord is with You Luke 1:28 (The Lord is with you) This is word for word. The Angel Gabriel said that the Lord is with Mary; she is full of his Grace, his own life. 3. Blessed are you among Women Luke 1:41 (Blessed are you among women) Elizabeth is filled with the Holy Spirit; she is inspired by the 3rd person of the Blessed Trinity to proclaim that Mary is the most blessed among all women. 4. And Blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus Luke 1:42 (and blessed is the fruit of your womb) Elizabeth still inspired by the Holy Spirit proclaims that the fruit of Mary’s womb, the developing Jesus, is blessed. The text doesn’t say “Jesus” after womb, but it is implied, the fruit of her womb is Jesus. 5. Holy Mary, Mother of God Luke 1:43 (And why is this granted me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?) Mary is full of God’s grace; this would make her holy. Mary is the mother of the Lord Jesus Christ who is the 2nd person of the Holy Trinity. Since Jesus is God this makes her the mother of God. She is the mother of the God-Man Jesus, not the mother of the Trinity. 6. Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death James 5:16 (Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man has great power in its effects) St. James tells Christians to pray for one another. All the baptized are members of the body of Christ (1Cor 12:12-14), therefore it is right to pray for other members of the body. James goes on to say that the prayers of the righteous have great power. What human (other then Jesus) is more righteous then the Blessed Mother. Though she is in heaven she still hears the prayers of her children on Earth and intercedes for them. Also, for "pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death." This part is also supported by The Wedding at Cana (John 2:1-12) were we witness Her intercession. As well as Her seeing the death of Her Son Jesus at the foot of the Cross. (John 19:26-27) The Hail Mary is throughly rooted in Scripture. The question isn't where is the Holy Rosary in Holy Scripture? That's not the question. The question is where is Holy Scripture in the Holy Rosary. The answer, everywhere. You can follow along on KZread, type Holy Rosary and the day of the week. @@lorayakol226We have several instances in the Gospels of Jesus himself praying repetitively or applauding those who do. One example comes in the Garden of Gethsemane, during Our Lord’s agony on the night he was betrayed. We read that Jesus prayed to the Father, making the same request, and continuing to present his petition in prayer: “So, leaving them again, he went away and prayed for the third time, saying the same words” (Matt. 26:44).

The Master Yeshua Messiah did not command anyone to pray the rosary.... “And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words. “Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. Matthew 6:5‭-‬8 NKJV

@@FoolProof123 the rosary is a meditation of Yeshua’s life. It allows people to reflect on 4 mysteries and often elicits a lot of strong emotions; thus, it is not in vain. Repetitive prayers without reflection and meaning would constitute as a “vain” practice.

My debates have been with those that are trying to tell me it's faith plus works for salvation. And we know a lot of religions out there are works based.... Example, Holy Rosary Wednesday and you'll get the Glorious Mysteries. Peace be with you. ⚜️ Ave Maria

1153 Mother of Salvation: For every step you take to come closer to my Precious Son, you will take two steps backwards Wednesday, June 18th, 2014 @ 14:51 My children, follow me, the Mother of Salvation, and take my hand as I lead you along the path of Truth to my Son. It will be through my intercession that many of you will find the courage to walk this thorny and stone ridden path to Eternal Salvation. Dear children, in order to get to know my Son truly, it requires great perseverance. You must open your mind, your heart and your soul, without a trace of doubt or pride, before you will be able to see. When the Truth is revealed to you within your hearts, you must cling to this, for it will be the means by which you will be set free. For every step you take to come closer to my Precious Son, you will take two steps backwards, because of the way in which the evil one will taunt you. He will never cease to try and pull you away from Christ, for he has made it his vile mission to pull you in the opposite direction. So when you fall along your journey you must pick yourself up again and start all over. For each time you take a backward step, know that everything that Satan influences will always be backwards - the opposite to all that my Son bequeaths to the human race. You will, therefore, require great patience, but once you overcome every hurdle, you will walk more quickly along the path towards my Son. Each setback, when overcome, will make you stronger in your faith. And when your faith becomes strong, nothing will stand in your way to become a true disciple of Jesus Christ. Go in peace, dear children, and allow me, the Mother of Salvation, to help you to become stronger in your love for Jesus Christ, because without Him you will never find the peace and comfort that you seek in this life or beyond. Your loving Mother Mother of Salvation

I love the testimony. That gave me goosebumps. Our beautiful Mama Mary loves us, protects us and always she does care about us all! When I make rosaries it gives me peace. And I enjoy giving them to Pastors, Christian and Buddhist brothers and sisters and when I did hospital visits. They loved those rosaries and felt her love and some said they’ll going to go back to Church. Thank you Jesus and Mother Mary.

I love the sweetness of Holy Mary, Mother of God when you pray the Rosary. There's an undeniable peace. The Rosary is for everyone. I grew up in a Protestant church, and they had a "school of prayer" for kids, and the only "school of prayer" anyone needs is the Rosary.
