banana stopping williams is why this a good ass stoppage..he lost that night, but he lived to fight another day. He lived to be a champion, so this must be viewed as an excellent call by the referee.

Rosario has a late reaction on all 3 knockdown shots. On the first shot, I thought I’d missed the shot because he went down so much later than the shot.

His right leg kept giving out. I think it was more something wrong in his leg or conditioning vs Gallimore hurting him. But you can tell he got bigger n stronger. Which is how he was able to stop Julian. He became a better boxer. He almost had Gallimore out in that 1st rd

@Lions Hunt I will agree that William's had the tools to win by experience alone but the only real advantage Gallimore had above him was an educated jab with tight defense. Even with that, he got buckled a few times. He did start trading with him later, only difference with him and J Rock is he wasn't dumb enough to get into a hooking match with his stronger opponent. I do want to see how J Rock adjusts in a rematch

Naw Rosario hit him low 5 times in the first round alone and when Gallimore started landing heavier shots he starting holding and bodyslamming.

Calling good body shots low.. took away a whole aspect of boxing from Rosarios game. The shot at 7:51 wasn’t even low, and this crazy ref was calling it low.

Was totally shot while his early burst showed he had ability to walk him down ,only his conditioning failed him. If taking a loss,best know you were at your very best and gave it your all or you cheat yourself.

Ref decided that fight with his actions. He even gave an extremely fast count at the end. Also allowed zero clinch game, which is definitely part of boxing. All this screaming and yelling, not allowing any body work, it was clear he had motives that weren’t related to fair sport. Nady should never call another fight in his life.

Rosario made it worse by jumping up and down after getting knocked down. I did that one time to show I wasn’t hurt and it made me even dizzier.

i would agree with you both seeing as he was already hurt. the only thing that could have happend was an increase in sustained damage which would have eventually made him give up or get koed. he had the heart to continue just wasnt in good enough condition.

Came to see this before the Charlo vs Rosario fight. Might’ve been one of the worst refs I’ve seen in a while, smh.

Ref acting like someone who had money on the fight. Reacting emotionally everytime Rosario would hurt Gallimore. Telling him that EVERY bodyshot was low. In a straight up fair boxing setting, without this clearly biased ref, I see Rosario getting the KO in 3 rounds. All that attitude from the ref made Rosario pull and hold his punches.

if gallimore gets a few more percentages on his accuracy he could be tough.

Rosario was not up to the ten round standard of boxing. Even so it took Galimore nearly the ten rounds before finally and crudely winning by a TKO.
