Boris Johnson is the leading favourite to win the leadership bid but failed to take part in the debate. Rory Stewart's current position is Secretary of State for International Development and he vows to GMB that he will quit his job in the cabinet if Johnson becomes Prime Minister.

Susanna’s line of questioning in this interview shows a complete lack of understanding of how parliamentary democracy works in this country
this is so sad. genuinely depressing. how do they not understand a word he's saying...
Why not let the guy actually speak rather than interrupting him.
'A very smart, eloquent guy.' He has excellent morals too. Heaven forbid we have a leader like him 😉🙄 Journalists trying to hold him to one point only and ignoring his points - pathetic.
Talking over the top of people doesn't make a good interview, it's just annoying. Let the man finish for god's sake. He did very well in what must of been a frustrating experience.
