I just worked the whole week at our county fair, 14 hour days, meeting with thousands of ppl a day. As an empath, soaking up & giving out that much energy has completely drained me. So this is beyond needed! Thank you!!

Why Sundays are my fave 💜💜

I listen early in the morning, drinking my coffee. After i meditate. I get up around 3 am. When the world is quiet, and this helps set my vibe for the day

I have been in a fear mode, protecting myself and my kids in some things but I love how you say we are closed to expansion, etc. I did go have lunch with a friend and felt so safe and refreshed after. I give that willingness to these sessions as I could have so easily canceled but feel this community helped me feel ok to do so even in fear and anxiousness...thank you Anna and friends

Howdy my friend!🌟 I love that you chose the cottage for this reiki session because it's super cozy especially as we near the end of summer and approach fall. I think root chakra activation is a good thing to restore and heal tonight. Especially cuz we are always on our legs/feet and using our hips. I love that new stones you used with the jasper and calcite mixed it. I feel truly grounded and i hope you are feeling that way too! I been taking a break from creating to balance myself. Thanks for preparing us for the new week ahead. My intention is for peace, guidance and nurturing to come your and everyone way 😊🙏🏽
