i feel like its an american thing not to take your shoes off, in europe my mom will beat my ass if i dont take them off but in america most of my friends houses i come in in my shoes. two of them have that shoe rule though

I love your room I think it's amazing how you put your life in your room because your room is where you spend most of your time so it's where you should be happy and remember all the happy things in life.

My aloe Vera is called Jeremy (I call almost everything that) and my succulent is called Dave.suc So you are not the only one :)

AHHH I am the farthest thing from a minimalist, so I can't give advice on that topic. Maybe try letting some white space on your walls? And, unhaul things! A cluttered room is never good, minimalist or not.
