    315lbs shoulder press and no smith machine...there will never be another bodybuilder that moved around that much weight and looked that good...a power lifter in a bodybuilders body...he is the G.O.A.T

    Ronnie's workout videos never get boring, no matter how many times I watch them. Sometimes, when I don't feel like going to the gym, I watch one of his videos and 20 minutes later I'm in my car, heading for the gym.

    Don't forget that as huge as he got what was also amazing was his ability to get so shredded+full. He would come into contest on a whole different level than everyone else. Ronnie made it look easy but he had extreme determination and discipline. He just did what needed to be done, no excuses, no laziness. That to me is his most impressive attribute.

    I am 90% bed ridden with severe spinal damage and have lost all my strength... But after watching this and other Ronnie's videos i feel a very strong urge to start working out!!!     yes it does it that to me as well but building muscle?I cannot figure it out.I am going to throw most exercises out now ans simply focus on heavy weights with good form

    i think its due to his genetics coupled with rep format.His diet also played an important role because honestly how would his central nervous system would be able to cope with such incredible weights.Just think about

    @@symonzziwa2744 It's a combination of everything. He needed the super heavy lifting and progressive overload for that kind of muscle, but he needed the diet and extreme amounts of food to be able to get those weights and continue progressive overloading. Obviously the PEDS, but that goes without saying. He needed those for the muscle and strength to move the weights and eat the food. Genetics are unbelievable.

    I do the same. I bust my ass in the gym before work! Unlike most of these other people now a days who just live to workout. Sponsored and all that so they live at the gym. Im actually a chef and I workout everyday before i go bust my ass nonstop in a hot 100°+ kitchen 8+ hours a day!
