    I just watched a documentary about Mr. Coleman. Just amazing. He was able to do this while also having a full-time job in law enforcement. Was saddened to hear about his serious health issues that ended his career, but he knows he was arguably the greatest bodybuilder of all time.

    @@TrenMan04 I think the bigger difference is, that power lifters usually don't train with such high intensity and volume, since your goal is to go for a one-rep max. That's at least why I think. I used to train for one-rep-max for a few months and it was not as taxing on the body, like training till a muscle failure, maybe even with lowering the weights after a heavy set to squeze out a few more half reps. It's particularly very stressfull on your nervous system. But, it leads to larger muscles.

    Plastic body had a small chip when kzread.infoUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS I opened from box- would have sent back but it works well- using for warming up before exercising from full knee replacement- also use several times during day to keep movement easy. Sturdy, easy to use, easy to assemble (instructions didn’t match but easy to put together). Getting the same movement as the warm up bike at PT. Would suggest to order before surgery so you have it home ready to use when you can!!! Doesn’t take up a lot of space-not heavy so easy to move- not using for arms but I think it would work just as well

    As big and strong as Ronnie was, his mind, will, and drive were stronger than the physical body God gave him. He pushed the physical human form passed its natural limits and that is why he can’t walk. The strength mentally to endure that kind of pain, from that type of ridiculous heavy lifting, day in and day out is nothing but astonishing. My hat is off to you Mr. Olympia.     Use to watch this mans video's before i use to go to the gym, always pumped me up. Was like i had my own little competition with him and he didn't even know lol. Couldn't watch other body builder's before gym just wouldn't motivate me the same. Just something about him was different. Was really one of a kind
