You missed the 90s. Sorry for you man. The game was more free, more beautiful, artistic. Yes, there were more space to players decide or develop a dribbling, pass or a play. That era was full of great players. Now a days wd have 4 or 5 spetacular and others some good players. In that era the player of the players, the best among the best, the idol of thse idols was this young supernatural guy with super powers inside a pitch

Eu era adolescente nessa época e adorava assistir futebol. Adoro o esporte, mas vou te dizer;: o futebol de hoje tá muito chato, muito tático e pouco técnico. É difícil de ver uma partida atualmente

@@juliososa6772 I agree with u. Actual football is athletic: Never the players have been so fast, so strong. Tactic has overwhelmed the beauty of the game : right now, there is no place for artists of the past, most famous of whom like Maradona, Ronaldinho, Zidane, Socrates...Every team has to perform, to improve statistics so the club and go the farthest possible in every competition it is involved in so it could cash in... I rather prefer romantic football, be it a team or a given player : Romantic Maradona and Careca's Napoli, Argentina 86 (even 90), Maradona, Riquelme, Socrates,, Okocha, Cueto, Baggio...Actual football, for all its stratospheric stats, doesn't make me dream ..
