Oh wow! What a beautiful interview, I have thoroughly enjoyed it, very insightful. I love minister Ron Kenoly. I was introduced to him and his music in 1993, after being born again at 14 years. At church, we used to sing his songs and other musician's songs (Bob Fitts, Morris Chapman, and other Integrity Music musicians). My very first cassette was his Lift Him Up album, followed by Jesus is Alive, God is Able and many others. I listened and bought cassettes of the other Integrity Music albums. My non saved family members and friends loved Lift Him Up. We would play it at our family gatherings to a point where my brother and I would buy the album and present it to them, even though they were not born again. That's a special album. My love and appreciation of musical instruments was born from the Lift Him Up album. 31 years later, I still love and listen to this minister of Christ. Wow! Minister Ron Kenoly is loaded, full of the word, always has been, so is his music. Bless you. Love from South Africa

Instruments that are not normal used in a COGIC style church

Why does the interviewer calls mr. Kenoly by his first name? It is not respectful to call someone way older than you by his or her first name. Only if mr. Kenoly agree to be called by his first name. I think this has something to do with culture?

His name on all his CDs Ron Kenoly. It his professional name. That is what most would call him. Bishop Paul Morton has that on his albums. Mr Clean Bishop Richard White but Marvin or Cee-Cee Winans. It depends on your professional name unless maybe at a church service.
