🔥🔥Here is the big question. How many of the so called worship leaders these days can say what Ron just said, and follow what Ron said??🔥🔥 I'm talking about all the Christian artists whose only goal is only to top the billboards and perform at concerts, All you can listen now a days is all music and very faint lyrics. which is why such Intimate worship services is a thing of the past, with Worshippers like Don Moen, Ron Kenoly, Terry McAlmon walking into the sunset, we are left with performers. Worship services were anointed and life changing during the 90's and earlier. We desperately need to get back to the heart of worship before its too late.

Great rebuke by Ron Kenoly! Too much entertainment in churches nowadays! Wow, look at him! First time seeing him after so many years! When I was in youth ministry 27 years ago, we used to sing and perform his songs a whole lot.✨️👌🏾🎶🙌🏾🥰

He is speaking to all of us. I will never bring out a cell phone in the place of worship ever again. It will be wonderful if all worship leaders can say this. It’s a really bad practice to be filming when you are suppose to be worshiping

Often during worship God touches my heart and my eyes fill with tears.. and I’m not ashamed of my tears because there’s nothing better than God touching my heart! 🙌

The funny thing is people were still laughing and clapping while he was trying to pass a message . May God incline our hearts to wisdom

It’s sad that grown people have to be told how to conduct themselves in church. Pastors should be making this statement in service all over the world

I arrived late to a service where a worship leader was a special guest, I immediately grabbed my phone to record, not realizing they had asked asked people to not do that, it took about 20 seconds for Holy Spirit to say " ...take a look around you". When I did that, I caught the clue and put my phone away. Abba told me the time is coming when He would address this issue in HIS house.

"I am not an artist. I am a worship leader."

Love you, Dr. Kenoly. lol. I get it at his age, he's got no time to waste, or lose, and every moment is a teachable moment. He may or may not be your cup of tea, and that's okay, too. Don't have to like it, but you SHOULD respect it. xoxo. Long live Ron.

That's just it! True Worship is about the Father. Oh Lord we're sorry for the way we have turned worship, a sacred moment in Your Holy Presence 😢😢😢. May this generation not be swept away buy the distractions from Babylon!

I remember years ago going to a theme park in Southern California where they have Christian artists who perform (for lack of a better term) and there were several "artists". I remember there being a certain group that were not entertainers but seemed to be worshippers and there was a very obvious difference in their approach and the sense of the presence of God. Difficult to explain but quite obvious, to me.

Exactly it’s so disrespectful to God to treat worship like entertainment. Worship the Lord Jesus and connect with God! 💯🔥

This Man... He watered the seedbed of worship in my life. You deserve the Glory oh God...

And this is why he is one of the very very few singers that are anointed, because he is a worshipper not a celebrity singer. Thank you Jesus for his ministry. You can feel the presence of the Holy Spirit when you listen to his music. You don’t get this with every other person. I am so incredibly blessed to have gotten saved during his music.

I love his heart! I am very grateful for this moment and his leadership.

I was born again June 18th 1989 ! I went to his concert 20 years ago and he was teaching this same message . I was deeply blessed . We need his message now more than ever before . Thank you Jesus , my eyes are on you .

On 1995 I gave my life to God and found a CD with this man on it …. OMG little did I know this was and still the best praise music ever

Thank you for this gentle (but strong and poignant) reminder Dr. Ron. Beautifully said, and with so much love! Sometimes I wish we could all just "check" our smartphones at the door, and just worship His Majesty without creating distractions that hinder others, and hinder ourselves, from pure worship. Amen. There are many subtle (and not-so-subtle) things that have been introduced into our corporate worship these past couple of decades, that can really have a negative affect on our intimacy with Him. And sometimes we justify them, without realizing they can also have negative affects. Thank you for sharing this. More people really need to hear this loving rebuke, and take it to heart.

Worshippers are to usher in the presence of the Lord, this is not a concert. The entire program is about God, not anyone else. very very very right sir, our generation is too distracted by technology, no wonder we are far away from God. The majority is concerned about the clip we want to post on our statuses and forget that that time of worship is a time God does not share with anything. After all, before phones came to the scene, we were worshipping God but now it is more of paparazzi, entertainment hmnn, and lots more apart from deep intimacy with our maker, may God help us.

So awesome 👏🏾 I took His course the priority of praise and worship years ago and remember him saying that Prayer, Offerings, tithing, etc are not for God and He doesn’t need it that those are for us and the only things that God gets is our praise and worship ! Thank you Ron. People need to know worship is total time for deep intimacy. I had to get to the place and decide I would look and be the fool for Christ. People have taken pics as snot coming from my nose. I saw a vision of Jesus hands and feet the holes were huge. He told me I did this for you Velma. I cried until snot hung from my nose and my eyes looked like Panda bears from the mascara smeared. I didnot care! I was intamate at that time with the lover of my soul. I felt such love and gratefulness for what he has done for me. I poured my oil on him from my Alabaster box in my heart! I will forever remember that vision he showed me with the holes in his out stretched hand and feet. His voice that sweetly said I did this for you Velma!. Thank you my love Jesus❤. Thank you, Sir. It's about time we all get it right. You can not go into the Palace of a King and start doing what you feel like. You can only do what he permits. God is a spirit and they that worship Him MUST worship Him in spirit and in truth. That is what He permits.
