Such an awesome game. Great to see it get more love with a new release.

Bellow the flag that groups units shows what positions they're moving too.

Even though corruption is actually a bad thing, I've always liked that you could bribe enemy generals. I was able to avoid bloodshed and gain a family member. "Turn Your Enemy Into Your Friend." I liked that mentality. Subsequent games made it nearly impossible, so I lost interest.

Minimum chip requirement for this game are ipads with A9 chip. Anything less will results with noticeable lags during battles etc.

Wait was the view city option in the pc version?...if so I’ve been a hardcore fan of Toal War since they released Rome and I never knew that 😤

Watching this made me wish my laptop was working correctly so badly..... I miss playing the old Total War games. Anyway the one thing I remember that was avery annoying in Rome: Total War was when you attacked the major cities there was no way to stop the towers from firing even when you got into the city so I basically always had to rush city battles so that I didn't lose half my army.

Actually you could just get a unit to run into all of the towers to capture them so they started firing at the enemy and not at you

Why is the game so laggy for me I have mini 2 iPad I put. My unit size to recommend and it’s lags so bad

Is this one better than the previous Rome: Total War? Just seeing which one I should get.

I wish it was better optimized, because on iPad minis, the most men you can have is like 25 or something. It really takes all the immersion out when you are expecting huge fights but find out the most troops you can have in a fight is only like 1000 at most :(

Either your system is out of date so you need to update or your iPad is just too old of a model

now they are great graphics on ipad but back then it was the best on pc

Probably because it's a port, if you mess with new features like that you'll be hiring artists, rather than UI and porting software developers. RTW worked and sold well, if you start changing features that are not about touch and the hardware changes, you risk losing project focus and never getting finished.

the game is configured to avoid lagging,so if you have a lower spec device...its automatically set that way.Its been like that for 12 years
