Romans 8 - All Things Work Together For Good || Bible in Song || Project of Love
No pain is wasted.
In Romans 8:28 God promises that He "causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God." (NLT)
Let me start off by saying this:
Yes, in this life we most likely will experience suffering and sickness. Sometimes through our own fault, cause we choose to walk in the rain rather then walk under God's umbrella of blessing (I was one of them).
And sometimes through no fault of our own.
But I believe that God does not give or bring sickness in your life. If you believe God gives you cancer to correct a character-flaw or teach you a lesson, then you need to seriously adjust your image of Him.
I believe God does not want us to suffer. I believe God does not bring curses into our lives.
How do I know that? First off, it seems odd to me that people ask me to prove that.
To know God, is to know God's heart.
God is a good Father. Jesus said, if you've seen me, you've seen the Father. Jesus never made anybody sick. Never. Quite the opposite.
Acts 10:38 says 'He went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil'.
If you want somebody to blame, there's your answer right there, the devil.
No, not the guy in a red jumpsuit and pitchfork, but the anti-God. A liar, cheater, thief, killer and destroyer of lives.
Look at God's blueprint, God's will for this world, the Garden of Eden.There was life in abundance, no sickness, no suffering.
Deut 30:19 says, 'today I've given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses, (..) Oh, that you would choose life!'
That's God's desire, to bless you!
But God's promise to those who love Him is that He will cause ALL things to work together for good. No pain is wasted.
God is like this brilliant chef cook: He uses all the ingredients of your life, the bitter and sweet, and turns them into an amazing dish!

I think that the Lord timed this on purpose, to reassure me. It dropped right at the moment I received what could be devastating news should He not fulfill a promise given more than a year ago. I was tempted to freak out with fear, which would have been my norm, but the Lord has grown my faith in the last year. Please pray? It’s a rent kind of disaster. Without the Lords intervention, I could be evicted. But I have His promise and I hold to that. 💕🙏💞🙏💕

I just discovered this through a Bible plan. The scripture, the song and visuals are so anointed by God and has made my devotion time so much more intense, meaningful and enjoyable!!!! My first one was about casting our cares on the Lord. I find myself whispering “ remember the birds”. throughout the day when I start to get anxious. Thank you for this ministry. There was a great famine in Samaria; and behold, they besieged it, until a donkey’s head was sold for eighty shekels of silver, and a fourth of a kab of dove’s dung for five shekels of silver. From the threshing floor, or from the wine press?” And the king said to her, “What is the matter with you?” And she answered, “This woman said to me, ‘Give your son that we may eat him today, and we will eat my son tomorrow.’ So we boiled my son and ate him; and I said to her on the next day, ‘Give your son, that we may eat him’; but she has hidden her son.”
