Romanovs: The Real Story

Unknown and unrevealed facts, which evince that many truths in regard to the life and death of the Romanovs remain silenced or distorted to this day. Nicholas II was surrounded by the forceful presence of his mother, the Dowager Empress, and his uncles. This generation of Romanovs could have, under normal circumstances, expected another two decades of service to and influence over their nation, and it was with both regret and misgivings that they kissed the hands of their new young sovereign and his Hessian bride.
This video is produced as part of the project for the book "The Romanov Royal Martyrs”, which is an impressive 512-page book, featuring nearly 200 black & white photographs, and a 56-page photo insert of more than 80 high-quality images, colorized by the acclaimed Russian artist Olga Shirnina (Klimbim) and appearing here in print for the first time.

@@naeemah2027 They asked for forgiveness towards their assailants but scripture reads in Exodus the wicked who kill innocent people will by no means escape punishment. From the righteous blood of Abel as spoken by Yehoshua the Son of the Living God to this day there will be pay-back according to what the wicked ones have done there will be recompense Matt. 16:25-28 as written Matthew 23:33-39. I know this is the time for our Messiah to rule with his saints as King and High Priest over earth as prophesied in Revelation 5:10. Those innocents martyred for their faith will rule over earth in allegiance with the Son of God. The Romanovs will be blessed because all prophesy has came to fulfilment and the day of judgment has arrived in this day. They will rule along with our King Immanuel who was re-named Immanuel by His Father when he was caught up to heaven when Revelation 12:5 became fulfilled prophesy as foretold in Matthew 1:22,23, Isaiah 7:14, 8:8 and referenced throughout the whole bible scriptures. The Romanov family can forgive those who have taken their lives away but those who did so will not escape punishment. I know this for a fact.

@@ane-louisestampe7939 a lot of blood was shed. Obviously that's tragically horrific. Thankfully it's the Blood of Jesus that washes away all sins, all on Its own, if we just receive It. Nicholas was apparently not always informed on the true state of his ppl and his country until each situation had gotten beyond help. Unfortunately too, he had some ideas instilled in him from his ruling ancestors' reigns that were not going to be helpful in that current time for Russia. He obviously was more of a devoted family man and husband than he was mentally and emotionally qualified for the position of Tsar, which he bemoaned having because he didn't want it (and didn't believe he was up to it). The drunken, slovenly, dark-hearted ppl behind (and carrying out) the murder of all those souls in Ekaterinburg, well, that was unnecessary but for most of them, they actually liked doing it.

Discipline is what our societies are lacking and what those children were raised to be. I do not see it as a negative but a wonderful nature of character that strengthens it mightily. As can be seen, I have a very unchanged Polish name. Actually, an eastern Polish name. My grand father was born in Grodno, 1886. My older ancestry family came from Novogrodeck. And, of late, found that my Polish family was also royal family. Which I had never known about until very recent times. Whenever I read or see anything about the Romanovs, it hurts me. Knowing that his first cousin, George V of England, could have saved them all. With all the power and might of England behind him. But, he caved in to politicians. What a shame. This cost the Tsar his peoples’ sympathy and contributed to his later nickname, ‘Nicholas the Bloody’. The Tsar’s subsequent poor handling of Bloody Sunday also contributed to his image as ruthless, uncaring and unsympathetic to the needs of the people. Instead of engaging in a dialogue with peaceful demonstrators, he left St Petersburg and allowed his generals and the police to deploy troops and shoot unarmed people. In the time of the unrest and revolution in 1905, this nickname became popular and was often repeated in the press. My siblings and I were raised Roman Catholic and we also were raised with religion. We prayed daily, said a mystery of the rosary every Saturday morning, went to confession weekly and mass 3 times per were week. We went to Catholic schools for grade school and high school. My middle sister and I went on to get our degrees from Jesuit University. All of this background sets the stage for this. My family was and continues to be tight and gentle and always family oriented. It is the most important way to be raised. We all raised our families the same way and there is now that same closeness among all the neices and nephews. The Romanovs were a true family, unlike a business as we see a lot of today with royals. Even everyday families are not always close like this.

Joy Meyers: Yeah, the Imperial Romanovs we’re killed because the people didn’t have food stamps. Imperial Russia could not support participation in a World War and the country suffered. Lack of food was one factor contributing to the March 1917 revolution.

Well that was the same with the Germans and Austro-Hungarians. From what I have read after the Tsar provided his personal income to the War effort he also used it to feed the populace.

If you were to actually do some actual research, Russia had the best overall economy in the world right before the Revolution. Much of the hunger that happened during WWI was created by the constant workers strikes called for by the Revolutionaries to not only create hunger, but to undermine the Russian war effort. Tens, if not hundreds of thousands of Russian Soldiers died because they had no food, clothes, weapons or munitions because of the strikes called for by the Bolshevics.

day by day I get fascinated of the Romanovs. Though they ended in a tragic way but it is a relief that their bodies were retrieved and were turned into martyrs . Best royal family as far as history is concerned.

I absolutely love everything about the Romanov’s and am saving to get the book , I’ve watch every thing over and over again in case I missed something my love for these people ,I feel like I know them , one thing I noticed in your stories that go with each video , sorry not to be pickie but you have mixed up Olga and Tatiana a lot , they do look alike , you said in this one Olga was not taking to being a nurse that well but good with the books , in the last video you said that Tatiana was not to good as a nurse for her sensitivity and sweet heart ,she did better on doing the bandages and doing the logs in the medical books , others is just you’d show a pic of Olga and it would be Tatiana ,and vice versa they really do look alike , I have their faces sketched perfectly in my mind for years , I’m very sorry I didn’t want to bring this up at all ,but the more I thought about it year later I had to mention something out of respect ,not to be bold ,or nasty , or mean I love your book ,I love the Romanov’s God Bless . Ps. Please excuse my miss spelling ,see that’s my fall out . Your Book is the Best Ever ! I watch the videos of it over and over with such warmth and love .

@@ane-louisestampe7939 if you are not a Christian orthodox yourself,it is simply pointless to try to understand what we mean, and how,for us,saints are always alive and we can feel them among us.No matter how hard you try to humiliate our faith or anything, the only thing you will achieve is to be intolerant, malevolent and discriminatory, which certainly does not promote healthy democratic dialogue, that requires respect for other people's beliefs and values. It is ok to have your opinion OF COURSE,even if it is not in line with historical facts, and it is also okay to try to support them in the right way.But 'opinion' and 'truth' are different things. So I suggest we all make debates with respect and kindness. No one ever lost anything for being kind and respectful.

l have been binge watching any and everything related to the Romanovs. l cannot wait to buy the book when l get padi next. The more l learn about them the deeper it hurts, cause they were incredible really incredible. To me they embodied true grace and could have done so much good for the world had they been able to live out their lives. Love and appreciation from Australia.
