I have hypersensitivity 😱 I can't listen to this bad clicking here, is not good it's painful.

- Where's the speaker? - Over there, by the stand. - Okay, where's the best place to put the mic? - Put it next to the court transcript writer, actually, put it right by her hands.. theyre nice and quiet, wont hear a thing. - perfect

Three seconds in, and I’m covering my ears and is holding back the tears as hard as I can. My stress levels are close to me getting a heart attack. The court typist person might as well eat her lunch into the mic while she’s at it. I saw wanted to watch this, now I’ll gonna have to turn the sound off, and rely on peoples comments.

While I'm a big believer in the preemptive strike, the defense presentation of this much information on insurance and saying that the defendant will testify is, in my opinion, not the wisest strategy. 🙏💙

You're right, talking about her being well aware of possible insurance payouts, is not good. Letting your client, charged with murder, testify on the stand is never a good idea. A good defense attorney would not even consider putting her on the stand where she can be in the prosecutor's 'hot seat.' At the very least, the defendant on the stand will start crying and then the jury automatically wonders if the crying is 'fake.' But there are a lot more serious pitfalls.

Damn ..how do you kill your spouse when you're old, diabetic and going blind??? I mean...what was the plan???

Wow. This is the DEFENSE opening statement? 😳I’m not sure what else the defense could have done, they had to address it, but there’s no taking the sting out of that many life insurance policies

People who can’t stand the typing are flooding the comments with complaints so the substantive comments get lost. That is worse than the typing.

The defense lawyer is far more easier to listen to. The prosecution was so incredibly sad, monotone, boring and hard to even listen too. The prosecution lawyer needs so pointers from the defense lawyer!!! It’s embarrassing for the prosecution.
