Exactly what has happened to my blind. The cords at the back have perished and snapped off from the plastic rings. Do I need to replace the spools or can I just add more cord please? Don't know if I can do this myself!🤔 Thank you very good instructions.

Thats not faulty you have put the piece that spins and adds cord in the wrong up !
