I think the headlight windshield wipers were made for the Euro Style single Square headlamps, in the USA we didn't get them till 1990 or 1993, some crazy regulations etc.

@ 1:10 Does not look or sound very RR 'ish . These days all that crass plumbing is hidden by well sculptured plastic coverings.,The factory stretched version is the RR Park Ward. ..very rare model.
