    How often can someone in their mid-forties, without ever taking any performance enhancing substances, and only a few months into grip training actual train the rolling thunder?

    Totally depends on how maximal the lifts are and how much volume ... I would say two times a week should be enough to get stronger and have time to recover. But ultimately you're gonna be the best judge for you on what you can recover from.
