Forget about it, I've been with them since They first came here. I was 12 years old....am now 72! Mick is 80 or so I think.

I've read most of the replies to my comment and most agree. I've always said that if a new band could look up in a rock and roll encyclopedia about how to be a rock front man Mick Jagger would be on page one standing alone. Often imitated but never duplicated he fronts the worlds greatest rock and roll band , as he should and has. A match made in heaven! He stands alone in my opinion as a rock legend as well as The Rolling Stones!

Does anyone else think that when Ronnie does his solo that Keith is thinking "for fucks sake... who tuned that Gibson, Katy!?"

Only Bette and Mick can do this justice!

Recently saw Katy Perry and Show was Great! Mick is a very polished, musical performer and he has been lucky to have 50 years of experience perfecting the craft to outstanding. Katy and Mick rock on Beast of Burden.

So many people just chompin' at the bit to say Katy Perry can't sing. Look, just because YOU can't personally bang her, it doesn't mean she can't sing. She sounds really good ...singing parts originally sung by Mick Jagger. You haters don't get the Stones. They are very open-minded, free spirited, creative people. They do all sorts of versions of their songs. They adored music by black musicians when it was VERY taboo to listen to blues/any form of black music. Do you not get this? You're wetting your pants because they performed with Katy? She CAN sing, and she's very entertaining. She's also a very cool human being. You haters really don't get it.

I'm not saying she can't sing. I'm saying she can't sing Rock and roll. Rock and roll is not about vocal training, being in key or carrying a tune. All those are important but what's most important is passion, rebelliousness, a love for the music. Perry's missing that. To Mick it's natural. That's all I'm saying.

Personally, I thought she sounded really good on this, especially since she's singing parts usually sung by Mick Jagger...so I consider this a novel take of the song. But we all have our personal likes and tastes.

Yeah, you are right. But I personally was surprised by how weak she sounded to me. She's a great singer, true. But there was something missing in her voice and thus she was totally eclipsed by Jagger.

Damn Mick's vocals sound fantastic. I know when he got older he changed the way he sung so he could still sing the melodies accurately (it's like.. you can sing high or low, but the middle register must become hard. Katy's singing mostly in her middle register I'd say.) and by now he's mastered that new range.

AWESOME!!!

The Stones shared the stage with everybody for this tour - but it just proved that no one can stand up to them!
