@@antoniomontgomery1349 please do not try this in a serious situation. This is not "practical" nor will it be effective in any combat scenario. The instructor is fast and can make any technique look effective.

The instructor is very smooth and fast -his moves are well practised until he does it unconsciously. The moves are complex and go against normal human instincts, but he has made them his natural instinctive reaction after lots of practice.

Defending without effort and survival by simplicity. Sanucis style may seem like a Fighting style for old people but it's actually used in combat sports for some professional fighters.
