Saw this at Lok Utsava in Goa. They called it fruit ice-cream. Some even called it Roller Coaster Ice Cream. It doesn't matter what they called it. They roll this drum to make ice on it, then add fresh fruit juice, Rabari, and some syrups to create this amazing street food delight.
