Wow this song hit me pretty good pulling the load home. Just wanted to say thank you to all the old boys that where haulin and building this country that we have today we wouldn't have it as good as we do if it wasn't for you! Been driving 3 yrs now and it sad to see what it's become but I'll stay positive 10/4

Thanks for your support. I ran long haul for a few years before I had a seizure on home time and the DOT pulled my commercial (I dont blame them) their there to keep the roads safe. I do miss wrangling the wheel of those behemoths, but I fix em now I work in a heavy equipment shop. So I can still say im proud to be part of what makes America turn just from another side of the glass while im under the hood keeping them safe on the road. Roll trucks Roll!!!

They are called seat warmers now days. 33 years ago when i first started driving there was still a lot of courteous and helpful people out here, and the general public still had respect for us. Hell, I could go on and on, but what's the use. It will never be as good now as it was then.

And they wont even give you any room what so ever for anything. I was told by one of the new guys out here about dimming the lights. He said that the instructors in the driving schools tell them not to shut lights off and back on, cause they lose sight of the road surface. Yeah right, lose sight for a split second. you do that every time you blink. Guess they keep their eyes wide open all the time.

Massive respect for truck drivers. They are very unappreciated just like cops.

It's a cesspool of fake country artists who gutted classic country music and replaced it with pop trash. It's "Different Breed of Cowboy" by Red Simpson. As far as I can tell this is the only version by Simpson on KZread. The only other is a remake by a different artist....and the tempo is faster; too fast, in my opinion.
