Rolf's elusive other son says Hi. Wow poor confused foxy

Now this is an unwell fox. And one I've had no prior contact with until today (though we've known each other at a distance for a while now, if very erratically). Mange has left his back legs like bones and he's not got much skin left behind the ears. Yesterday he was drinking water out back at 6pm like there was no tomorrow, so today I left out some bread on the step with mange treatment on it.
When he was done I carefully opened the door and put out a plate but he did not remotely care that I was there, and would've certainly come in. As you can see!
Rolf was never this bad when he was sick. I'm pretty sure this is the other brother - exact same markings; he knows me from afar but we've hardly had any contact at all lately. He always acted warily and stayed far back, even when I was close with his father and brother. I was astonished how he was behaving here, but that's what mange does. The sudden change in behaviour is startling.
Oddly he didn't touch the raisins, and foxes love raisins. At least he was keen for the bread so hopefully in a few weeks he should be looking better, at least the mange hasn't progressed too much. He seems to have no caution so I hope he makes it that far.
(He actually stayed until I went for dinner, looking lost).

I was supposed to be moving these uploads over to www.dailymotion.com/furry_friends but got sidetracked with the other channels, and didn't expect much new fox action... Guess I'd better re-edit all the old fox vids like I said I would, now that I'm more used to editing with other better programs (takes a lot of effort with the lighting fixes and all that though).

***** Yeah, I think his eyesight's going but I guess desperation has overtaken his wariness. He still ran from me on the street just a few nights ago. It's odd, I tried leaving food out regularly for him at night but he never really took to it. I think cats took the food half the time. There are now more cats than ever, I've lost count, and some have even started going missing (posters up). Our black visitor is a nervous wreck now and I haven't seen her for a couple of days either.

Not yet! Since this sighting the other visitors here have gone back to being quite elusive too. Those cubs the other night were super cute though...
