The Rolex Oysterquartz Datejust Chronometer 17014 features a 36mm stainless steel case with an 18k white gold fluted bezel surrounding a white dial on a stainless steel Jubilee bracelet with folding buckle. Functions include hours, minutes, seconds and date. The watch also measures 12.6mm in thickness and 43mm from lug-to-lug.

Nice video I have one and I adore it.
Didn't take notice of the sub title & I was staring at the second hand.... was asking myself 'what the hell happened to it'? Is ticking rather than sweeping..... Oh is a quartz.... lol.... What a rare timepiece.

I'm very very interested in this oysterquartz. I'm looking for a daily piece, been stuck for months between this and explorer 1 14270. Everyone I asked suggested explorer, no doubt. But the uniqueness of this piece keep preventing me to pull the trigger on the explorer 1; God knows the regret train that will come and hit me after. Is there any particular problem that I should be aware of in oysterquartz? I notice the ticks don't exactly land at the second marks (especially around 3:15 between 4-8 o'clock), can it be adjusted in rolex service center? I don't mind the service cost, I love this watch.

You won't regret getting this watch. The thing I didn't really notice until it dawned on me one day is...how light it is. It's so light, you forget you're wearing it. To me, that's ideal.

That’s a Ref. 17014 with Roman numerals. I have the - (a bit) worthier - Ref. 17013 in very good condition in stainless steel / yellow gold 18K (0.750) and (also) with integral ‚Jubilee‘ bracelet ...
