Thanks 🙏 Yes, a lot of my machines are in house constructions or specially built for my belongings. Unfortunately my machines are not cheaper than if you buy a lapping machine from one of the professional supplier’s.

It is! Just wear eye protection or watch through protection lenses.

That era just seemed to make poorly designed bracelets from all the watch companies.

Whats your opinión on TIG welders?

They are not bad, I worked years with a PUK! But a high accurate and fast laser welder is a different world, think you can’t compare both technology’s, the laser will win in watchmaking with light years in front.

I wonder what would be the approximate cost for such work done?

How can that bracelet be in soo poor shape after 20 years.. On my 2006 colt the bracelet has just a very slight wear and on my 2006 chronomat evolution the bracelet is like brand new with zero stretching and wear.
