    Great video review man, definitely answered a lot of the questions I had about this. I'm considering getting the selectorized version especially now that Rogue released the lat seat but it's just so damn much compared to others. Thinking of going with the Titan selectorized tower for around $150 less than the Rogue option.

    Rogue has changed up their cable length. They also have quality issues with the plate stack. So I recommend against it.

    Good true detailed review on how to fix and the functional usage. Should the Rack be bolted to ground to use the Slingers? I do not want to break the garage foundation for the bolts. Please advice and thanks.

    Not sure if your still responding to this video but have you considered reversing the cable, it’s seems you would be able to lower the plate holder more and give you more range of motion on the handle side.

    Nice video dude. Finally getting my slinger 🙌🏻. The solo pulley was ordered after but shipped before , so just been waiting on the monster slinger. I got the 100” rack as well so hopefully that with the short lever arm set up works well. 💪🏼 if you ever find yourself wanting to sell anything lmk! I know you’ve got quite a few pieces in that gym! 🙏🏻

    I don’t remember if you did this on one of your videos or not.. But you think you could do all the measurements on like where the cable first meet the pully to where you sit down on the lat pull down seat. I wanted to pick one of these up so bad but I’m afraid I won’t get a full stretch like I do at the gym. I also have a monster lite 90in rack

    Very smooth, but not quite as nice as that commercial gym piece of equipment.... just because of the little bit of sway the plates have when pulling on them

    Great review. I'm curious how the slinger would work if you have the trolly arms on the inside of the rack (basically what you have in the video, but on the inside of the rack). Would they get in the way of the weight plate or the lower band attachment?

    How far apart art the bolts that secure the slinger to the cross members. Rogue doesn’t recommend it for my RML-390BT. My rack is 30”. I am willing to drill holes and make modifications to the slinger. Just curious. Thank you.

    Did you get the bottom rogue pulley yet? I notice in the videos you seem like you regret giving up the Titan, but you plan on getting the rogue bottom pulley...if it works like you assume, do you plan on keeping the Rogue setup? Or do you think the Titan would still be better?

    oh yeah, I ordered the pulley seat and lower roller in late December.... nothing has been shipped yet but i'm excited to get these and test.... I think it will be a game changer for the Slinger...Finally... I'll test and get a review up ASAP.. Thanks for watching!

    It is sort of a mashup of the uprights from the folding rack and the rml-490... but the slinger is definitely compatible with the RML-490C rack.... hope that helps.

    How well do you think this would work for the RML-390F (flat foot, non bolted down version). Do you feel it would it pull the rack and cause it to slide if I’m doing a face pulls or over head tricep extensions for example?

    If you don't mind me asking, is your main rack bolted to the floor? I use a Monster lite RML-390FULLW (four post) wall mount rack, and Rogue support are telling me not to order the slinger as they required the rack to be bolted to the floor. My question is - how does stability of the rack feel when using it; if you are also a wall mounted unit as it appears?

    Mine is bolted to the wall up top with 2 crossmembers, reason being is that my upright aren’t able to be bolted to the floor.... slinger works great.... even with only two crossmembers bolted to the wall... hope that helps

    Rogue has a solo pulley option coming out to compliment the slinger as a mid low pulley. It's clearly still evolving.

    Just noticed you took the leverage arms off. Will that be an issue and will leverage arms get in the way of slinger?? Hkw do u like the leverage arms are they a pain like people say? Debating between the compact multipress powertec machine or leverage arms. I have a prx wall rack but so.ebody wants to buy it.

    Lever arms always get in the way, no matter where you put them ;) you will constantly be moving them, unless they lock up and out of the way. And you have head room for that.

    If you are limited by ceiling space is there an option to install the slinger as a side mount. I have about an inch of clearance using my the rm-6 rack

    You would need a crossmember to install on top of, so if you buy a separate crossmember and place it lower on the rack, this would be possible.

    How tall is the slinger when installed onto your Rogue RML-3W wall mount rack? I have the same wall rack and want the slinger, but I’m not sure my garage has the ceiling clearance

    its actually not on the folding rack.... but from the floor to the top of the slinger is 97 inches, hope that helps

    Can you use Titan X3 accessories on your rogue monster rack ? Are the holes on both racks same ?

    Titan uses a slightly larger pin hole on their rack, so Rogue attachments will fit on Titan Racks but not the other way around... Hope that helps

    @@CurlsintheRack so even if I buy 1 inch hole rogue monster still I will not be able to use other companies attachments ? I heard they all use same 1 inch hole in their premium racks. You know I love monster racks but I want Titan accessories 😂 wrist roller and neck attachment is my most. I want to use them on rogue RM 4 fortis 1 inch hardware.

    @@CurlsintheRack If I had custom cables made by a professional for the slinger and solo will 1” rubber grommets fit over the cables end and the black stopper ball? Is that rubber grommet 1” ? The reason for custom made cables is that the cables from Rogue are to long. I’m 6’3” and have a long reach. Thank you 👍

    It will not without some modifications... the folding crossmembers on that rack do not that hole from the top to bottom... only left to right.... so the pulley can’t go through... hope that help
