You call it ignorance, yet Ace said almost the exact same thing when he fought Teach. Did you forget that? "You should know, having lived through twice as much as most". It was foreshadowed that long ago

Shanks has been such a mystery character, I really wanna see more but if that happens it also means we are nearing the end of One Piece, which I really don't like the idea of. I want this to go on till I die. Is it 2 much? xD

exactly, i love how white beards crew says "kill them" while rogers crew said "rob them" like we have watched luffy and the Straw Hats so long that we tend to forget that this is actually what pirates do, straight up kill each other and take treasure.

The Whitebeard Pirates seem to know something abt Teach that noone else knows. Marco said this at Marineford: "As you guys (WB pirates) know, his body is different“, when it was asked how he could hold two devil fruits.

I can't believe people think just coz this wasn't shown in the manga, that it's impossible to have happened. LOL The anime is supervised by Oda just like every film they release so nothing gets past him if he thinks it's nonsense. Rayleigh stopping Marco with one finger is highly possible considering at this point in time, Whitebeard's commanders are just younglings and Roger's crew are a bunch of veterans nearing the end of their voyage. I don't think anyone in Whitebeard's crew can go toe-to-toe against Gaban or Rayleigh except for Oden.

fillers are all in Toei's hands. Openings tend to show spoilers for anime only fans, even a few in filler films (e.g. Kuzan with one leg in Z, spoiled Laugh tale name in Stampede, so on). Now this makes sense and tells us that Oda has no functions inside Toei. Sure there are consultation w/ him for certain subjects but mostly Toei can do whatever the hell they want.

@@eman6275 Whatever happens in fillers canon or non-canon goes through Oda, of course Toei can do whatever they want but nothing is implemented without going first with Oda. He still holds the rights to the story. They're just showing it.

@@pepethefrog6809 oda doesn't care about the anime, we can see it even between drake and hawkins dialogue in wano before and during the fight of on onigashima about the 1% of survival, and some other times things that in the anime are wrong and the manga shows it. Also everything used for the films are wasted things that oda discarded, so yes oda has done a part for the film, but for now are things not reletad to the story, even if someone calls them canon

@@eman6275 I'm not saying he's the one controlling the anime releases, I'm saying he has input in what they're doing with the characters. It's his intellectual property so they can't just do whatever they want just like you suggested especially, in the Roger vs WB pirates battle.

Only few people will notice that Teach is getting feats to be the final and strongest enemy of luffy one by one. Like Teach is built different,he is a monster, he never slept since he was born. I think Oda actually wants to give us hints that Teach is Luffys final opponent.
