I bought mine in September 2022, so I had it a similar amount of time. I have the i9 version and I bought the 3080 external gpu. I mostly use it docked and my big issue is the battery drains(plugged in) while I am gaming. It would drain to 10% and just stay at 10%. I sent it to Asus 2 or 3 times and the issue kept coming back. My fix is to unplug the egpu after I play a really demanding game aka Star Citizen.

I never got the egpu but never encountered that issue. That sounds like a bad battery. Most devices like this if you remove the battery but have it plugged in it will still work hence the idea that yours is stuck at %10 it’s not pulling the battery for power. That’s just my educated guess. These are very enthusiast devices anyways. Wouldn’t recommend to the average person. Basically if I wasn’t gaming I’d go for a MacBook as they have 12 hour battery life

I have the same one for about the same amount of time, its more of a love hate relationship for me with this device. Never worth to play on the go when the battery dies less then an hour so it kinda forces you to play plugged in. The dust on the back fans have so much dust almost impossible to avoid it. On the brighter side of things this thing alone plays okay newer games make you play on med to low depending how demanding the game is. But if you happen to dish out some more money to pair it with the Xg mobile, this tiny device can do anything like night and day difference so ill probably enjoy this device untill the day it dies on me. It has issues but gets the job done im happy with my purchase hope you still do.

I just hate that this has equaled about $3 a day of ownership before it died. Which is very expensive.

Hi can this be charged directly from usb port without using charger?

Like either usb c ports can be used to charge it using any usb c charging cable but if you don’t use the provided charging cable it will severely diminish charge time.

I have z13 i9 12th gen and 3050 ti, everything is fast except loading website and youtube. Can someone please explain why. Thanks

thats a very weird problem to have. just sounds like your internet issue or internet driver
