RODE vs SAMSON

RODE isn't mentioned in The Good Book but Samson is. Is Rode the Delilah who will test Samson's strength and win? Or can Samson show Rode/Delilah that he is truly the stongest and best sounding mic?

Great comparison video bro. I do like the Rode a little better but the Samson does give the Rode a run for it's money LOL. Thanks for sharing bro. Hope you have a great weekend.

Hi Dan! I agree with you, I like how my voice sounds with the RODE, but if I wanted to I could make a few tonal adjustments with software to the Q2U and get the same tone. Thanks for watchin brother! 💜💜
On my phone they both sound good ..but on my PC the Rode has a bit more bass..

Yes, the RODE has a deeper tone. That’s why I prefer it over the Q2U. But if you wanted to, and have a basic audio interface connected to your computer you could easily adjust the tone on the Q2U. Thanks for watchin and commenting brother. 💜😎💜

I’m really impressed with the Q2U Ray, if you need a good mic that don’t cost an arm and a leg, the Samson Q2U is what I’d get! Thanks for watchin brother!
They are both good mics. The Samson has brighter sound, whereas the Rode has a deeper sound in my opinion.

I say Rode is the better one. Why? All of the movie studios around us is always somewhere filming and that’s the mic I always see on top of the big cameras. I’m thinking about getting one for my computer. It definitely sounds good here as well.

I’m hard pressed to not recommend the Q2U Jess. It’s a great mic and what you get for your money is really a good bargain.

@@TC_Conner I know that Nick and/or Alan know a lot about sound, I know nothing about it, I have yet shoot a video even on my smartphone, all I do is chase iguanas🤣

@@TC_Conner TC, I’m what they call an opportunistic photographer, I photograph everything, mainly wildlife because it’s what I see on my every morning walks, I definitely like street “stuff”, lately I’ve been doing a little more macro (influenced by Nick and his great images) and once in a while landscapes and seascapes.

@@Enrique-the-photographer Nick suggested I get a macro lens, I may eventually pick one up, I know I’d enjoy macro photography. I like the sound of “opportunistic photographer,” I’m kind of that also. 💜💜
