Splurged and spent some of our kids' inheritance to get really great seats (4th row from the stage on the aisle!) and it was SO worth it!! The next night, ALL the concerts and shows were shut down due to the COVID-19 issue. I consider myself SO lucky!

You're really lucky. It's like life before that date, and completely new life reality after... We spent our weekend on International Women's Day (March 8th) in beautiful Sedona, AZ. The town was packed by tourists and holels' guests; afterwards, just a week later Sedona destination was heavily restricted for visitation.

His energy is so amazing. That set is stunning. I have been a fan since early 1970. Went to his concert at William and Mary Hall in 1972, and was sitting in the balcony with my roommate. Two men, who looked like FBI agents approached us, and gave us backstage tickets. It was crazy. We sat on the steps of the stage, watched the concert, and got to meet all of them and get their autographs. Back stage, after the concert, the drummer came out of the dressing room, and approached us, talked for a few minutes, then invited us to the Holiday Inn where the band was staying. Well, we went there, but did not have the room number, so security guards ran us off. Guess, it may have been for the best, who knows. It was still an exciting night for two 22 year-old's. I remember riding my bike to college at Christopher Newport University, and singing "Maggie Mae". It was my "happy song" at the time. Thanks, Rod Stewart and Faces for the great memories.
