Please don't do this - the original changed my life and helped me stand up for myself. I was bullied because I am dyslexic and and could not read and was an odd kid. The summer between my fifth and sixth grade year, after viewing "Rocky" I stuffed my dad's old Army field bag with sleeping bags and rags, hung it from the rafters in our backyard shed, and trained like Rocky - the underdog. I took on the bullies when 6th grade started, and beat the last one in eight grade. It was a fight in a park in Beacon Hill Park in Newington Ct - about one hundred and fifty kids came that day. Word got out the fight was on, my opponent was two year older (he stayed back), He skipped school that day and his friends showed up in cars bringing him. One of my teachers encouraged me to win as I walked out of school. It was a different time, no weapons - and it never occurred to any of us that his friends would gang up on me and my reject friends if I lost - there was a code - different time. After I beat him, his friends pulled him off the ground loaded him in the car, and drove him away. I have to respect him and them for that. This series of fights made my high school safe for the rejects and misfits. If you messed with some goofy, efeminent or odd kid, word would get to me, and I would come see you, whether I knew the kid or not, usually a talk would do. I did have too fight two more times (I lost once, to an older kid, but put up enough of a fight that the bullying stopped.) I became an amateur fighter and an army airborne military police and ultimately, a school teacher that helped the misfits/learning disabled. The original Rocky movie was part of the catalyst that started it all. Don't ruin the legacy. I'm glad this is a creative trailer and not an actual movie...however, I hope it does not become one.

Not everyone has this option to deal with bullying but my solution worked. My youngest brother is highly intelligent but small. In 4th grade the other students noticed this and some took exception. He came home one day pretty shook up and I asked him what happened. He had been verbally insulted and bullied. I questioned him to make sure he did not start it. The next day myself and my younger brother met this kid after school. My younger brother roughed him up badly. I was there in case any adults or teachers tried to intervene. I would have stopped them. They had the chance to do the job in the school and choose indifference. Good. That allowed me to solve the problem in a language everyone understands - violence and fear. Myself and my younger brother dealt with 11 (eleven) kids after school during grades 4, 5, and 6. When my youngest brother went off to middle school, grade 7, a kid from a different elementary school started to give him a hard time. Another kid grabbed him and said, "Don't do it. He's got two older brothers and they will come down here tomorrow and beat the hell out of you." We did not have any further problems. I despise and hate teachers and administrators and parents who by and large do not address bullying. It's a shame I could not give them a beating to boot and get them to do their job. If any of the parents of these 11 kids wanted to discuss the situation and what happened to their precious darling, I would have slapped them around good (and much more if they tried to resist). It's a simple thing to teach your children - IF SOMEONE IS NOT BOTHERING YOU, DO NOT BOTHER THEM. IF I CATCH YOU BULLYING SOMEONE YOU ARE GOING TO REALLY REGRET IT. Teachers, Administrators, and parents should do their job. I and my younger brother had to do their job for them.

The first Rocky movie is still my favorite. I was eleven years old when I saw it with my younger brother at the theater. We only saw because the movie Tentacles was sold out. All I knew about it was it got best picture. It impacted me greatly to the point I stood up and hollered get up, Rocky! To this day no movie has inspired me more to never quit, don’t give up. Rocky 6 was my second favorite because the talk he gave to his son was timeless inspiring advice for any father to give to his son. I think the making of one more movie would be good but it has to be the final one.
It's time for Rocky closure. Still love all the Rocky movies.

I want to go along and take my girlfriend to see it at the cinema ! I was just learning to sing The Kickboxer sound track actually. It's an 18. I think ! How fid, this sleazy bit of fun. Creep under the radar ? A world of Super Bad Gangsters dressed up as a stage show. Nothing got me in shape better. No other movie makes me want to drop and do 20 push ups. Even though I can only manage 6 on my knees !

Now Creed III was set about 7 years after Creed II. Wouldn't Rocky be deceased by now or at least in a rest home or maybe his Robert son taking care of him? If anything, maybe Rocky's grandson Logan (From Creed II) can become a boxer and carry on the Balboa Boxing legacy while getting tips from his aging grandfather, since no one wants Rocky to die. Then Logan becomes champ and Rocky finally dies after seeing his grandson win the title. Just a thought. (And i want credit for this idea too) Nice trailer though.

@@Emily-fo2xo The one thing that I’ve always liked about the whole Rocky series was that they all were realistic. That’s the one thing that’s separated Rocky from any & all boxing movies. A 67 year old fighter? In the ring taking punches? Come come now. 😐
